    In 2022, I entered into an agreement with Home Repairs to conduct necessary roofing repairs. The company initially completed paperwork and assured me that the project would be completed. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the work never began.After repeated delays and a lack of communication, I informed the company that I no longer wished to proceed with their services. Despite this, they have not returned the insurance funds allocated for the project. I have made numerous attempts to contact them for updates or a refund, but they have failed to respond or take any action.A full refund of the insurance funds provided for the roofing repairs.

    I had a claim on my homeowners insurance for a roof. I signed up with Home Repair LLC out of ***************, **. The work was never completed. My insurance company paid them to do the job and the work was never completed. I have reached out to several people to help with this and nothing but dead ends. I received and email this morning from the claims adjuster that was involved in this. There is an article attached about this Home Repair company Hello all,Please read this article.     On 7/19/22, I signed a Service Agreement with Home Repair to complete work on my house due to storm damage including replacing the roof, siding, gutters, and window wraps. My insurance company paid out to me an initial payment of $16,460.64 which I gave to Home Repair. For the first year or so, Home Repair provided updates every few weeks. Their last contact with me was via email on 6/29/23. Since then, there has been no response to any of my emails or phone calls.

    A check in the amount of $14,499.39 from Travelers, our insurance company, was issued to RLC Public Adjusting on 12-13-22 as payment for a new roof. It was forwarded to Home Repair, who we contracted to do the work. Their business address is ************************* *************************************************************. Multiple correspondence with the company failed to schedule a new roof replacement or a refund. We filed a complaint with the PA State AG on 01-22-24. Confirmation it was received was made by PA ************************************ as there has been no communication from the AG's office.

    Approximately, 3 years ago I began a battle with my home insurance company for damages caused to my property from a storm. After 2 years of back and forth with the insurance company, I was finally paid. The check given to me was in my name, wife's name and Home repair. Home Repair was on the check because they found the legal representation for me and helped fight my case with the insurance company. The check was signed and handed to one of the representatives of Home Repair on May 4th, 2023. I am still waiting for my repairs and unable to contact anyone at the company.

    A contract (2210-3868899-01) was signed with Home Repair Back to Beautiful on 11/12/2022, with an estimated job start date of 12/15/2022. Multiple attempts have been made to reach the company via email, phone calls, and phone messages. The following emails were used as the form of communication: Direct Contact: ************************* ***************** Representative) ******************************* Phone #: Direct Line: ************ and Office Line: 1-877-RED-HOUSE ***************). The ****************************** approved the claim. The checks were turned over to Home Repair LLC as a requirement to start the job. Home Repair LLC kept moving the job start date multiple times with the excuse of supply and labor shortages. The last communication was made on May 6th, with an automated email from the customer service representative stating that she no longer worked for Home Repair LLC. The contract included the following services: - Install protection, as needed, to protect property and landscaping; plus:-Remove and dispose of all layers of old roofing, then prepare and re-mail loose decking as needed. -Replace dry rot decking at an extra cost of $1.8 Per SF for plywood decking and $1.8 Per foot for planking (3 sheet(s) Included)-Install ice and water shield in the following area: 2' beyond heated walls at lower eave edges and 3" in valleys (As per code).-Install synthetic UDL Underlayment for separation sheet barrier and roof deck protection. - Install Composition Shingles - Matching rim caps on all peaks - Install drip edge at all *****/***** -Install Ridgevent (Ridgevent) to allow for proper ventilation. (Deck ower box vent opening)-Install new flashing: Soil Pipe/ Walls, Chimney, and Skylights as needed/Valley: Closed/ "Woven"-Clean and re-nail all loose gutters as needed. Clean and haul away all job-related debris to the registered landfill. -Material Warranty: Lifetime, Plus Home Repair Workmanship for five years.

    They took money from insurance 11 months ago have not done anything. They said 12 to *************************** the runaround.

    I paid 50% to have my roof replaced for a hail damage insurance claim. They said it would be in spring. I tried calling to schedule and all phone numbers are disconnected

    Entered a contract with Home Repair LLC to get my roof fixed in 2021 due to hail damage. This was filed through my insurance company Liberty mutual. Liberty Mutual made a check out to Braxon LLC and myslef. The check was turned over to Home repair for $3,269.65. In addition I gave them a personal check for $484.81 for shudders. When the work was supposed to be scheduled and done I received weekly calls from their staff letting me know that they were having supply issues and work would be delayed. Than it was weather issues and work was backed up. this went on for 1 year and a half. I called many times to speak with the owner or a supervisor and i never received a call back. Finally I told them i wanted my money back and wanted to end the contract due to the amount of time it was taking them. They agreed to end the contract and return my money and ever since I have not been able to contact anyone. Every time i would call they claimed they were just the answering service and would have someone return my call. When i call now I get no response just voicemail. My roof was never done and my insurance has not gone after them for the money they gave them. I have not filed because I kept thinking someone would call me back as the company appears to still be around in **********. i have seen recent complaints about this company and i know I'm not the only customer they have robbed.

    06/19/2023, I signed an agreement to have my roof and siding replaced, never started. They received a check for ********. The have been ghosting me ever since
