BLACK MOLD IN BEDROOM. I have been a resident of Keswick Village in Conyers Ga for 2 years and have had 4 Water leaks from the Air condition unit inside the apartment by my first bedroom. Each time maintenance came the just stop the leak and dried the water from around the unit and dried the carpet. I work from home so I am in my bedroom all day and night. I have been having severe headaches and breathing issues. I had to use an inhaler and nebulizer almost daily. My headaches got so bad I had to go to the hospital and was admitted. After I returned home I was woken up that night by a pounding headache I went to my closet to get my house shoes and saw the mold. I called the office the next morning and the Property Manager came over she took pictures. Maintenance came and sprayed the spot and 2 days later he came and painted over the spot. The very day I was supposed to move out was the day I was admitted to the hospital and they want me to pay $1800. I do have before and after pictures that I will be printing and mailing it to all the residents there. I have reached out to the Corporate office several times and left messages with no return calls. My apartment number was 2023.Morgan Properties

I would encourage everyone to stay away from this property management company. They force you to purchase utilities thru them but they do not deliver on service, as well as charging service fees, convenience fees, etc. Their predatory practices create scenarios removing control from the tenant, costing the tenant money that would not otherwise be charged. They conveniently leave this information out of the conversation until after the paperwork is signed.Morgan Properties

Honestly not a fan of these apartments. I had neighbors that were loud and didn't respect others around them. Mold was a common issue in the bathrooms that was never really solve. Because it was new ownership, policies changed . The previous policy was that you gave a 30 days notice and the new policy you have to provide a 60 day notice. Please be aware of this because now I'm being charge for an early move out fee. Last but not least now if you have friends or family that come to visit you'll be charged for a parking spot or you can park outside of the apartment complex which is unacceptable.Morgan Properties

1 starNorthwest Crossing in Md staff lied. I supposed to be in the upgraded kitchen and bathroom. This apt is not that. They moved me into a filthy slum after pushing my move in date back 2 hrs before I was to get my keys, costing me a extra $450. The vents in this place hasn’t been cleaned or filter changed looks like in years. Dishwasher is filthy and not useable, the pieces are sitting inside. The dryer is the same way. I will not be paying any rent until this place is up to code. I have contacted my attorney to set up escrow. The staff at the office is horrible and unprofessional. This is a quick summary. I have also posted pictures of this slum on corporate reviews website. I have called and left messages for upper management and no response. This review should be 5 negative stars.Review fromMarie J

If I could give The Enclave Apartments in Winston-Salem NC a negative star-I would. I thought after the horrible first six months of plumbing issues in my kitchen and bedroom, that created a flood that destroyed the carpet in the closet. They fixed the problem after several emails and calls, then the roaches due to two filthy neighbors that I was glad to see go. Now here we go again!!!! I come home on my lunch break to 6 toilets in my building two outside my patio along with two others. I asked the staff member in the office to have them removed until they were ready to install them…Mind you I have a new toilet already and don’t need one!!!! I come home at five o’ clock to still see them there. Old toilets on the side of the street. It’s horrendous and the so called manager was both unhelpful and unprofessional!!!! This place is beyond horrible!!!!!!Morgan Properties

1 starMorgan property has increased rent drastically and has added on a 70.00 amenities fee on top of rent and we can’t even utilize the pool in our complex!!! For 2 years this has been going on. Storage is not available anymore and they want you to pay for repairs in your apartment. I DO NOT recommend this place to rent!!!Review fromJoe A

1 starOffice staff in Lansdale not complying/enforcing items on lease contract with neighboring tenant. Unit is full of secondhand smoke odor and work orders identified during move-in inspection have not been completed since four months of living here. They claim they are not a smoke free environment but it is never specified in the lease, just my right to a safe/private/healthy/etc environment.Review fromNikki B

fraudulently added $10,000 of collections to mine and my husband’s credit accounts after they lost our “not renewing“ paperwor. refuse to answer phone calls or emails to resolve the matter. Apartment office closed 85% of the time. impossible to get anyone on the phone. Renewed our lease after we specifically said not to. Won’t even attempt to answer anything. Had to get lawyers involved. Still no responses.Morgan Properties

What a terrible company. I DROPED off our check for “damages” and then you send us to dept collections a month later. Rita and Bonnie are such Conniving individuals. I wouldn’t recommend anyone live in a nothing owned by Morgan properties. They do not fix anything. And when you are a great tenant for 7 years that’s how they treat you. Terrible experience all around.Morgan Properties

Morgan Properties, Recruiting is absolutely rushed and it is not professional, I went for one of their job fairs and sat for an hour waiting to be interviewed to only be asked one question from EMILY COX your recruiter for all sites. She is rushy she is not thorough at all, and honestly I do not think I was actually considered at all. They called people out of order and if Emily took a person they sat with her for 1 minute max. You can not screen a person for a job by asking them one question that honestly does not let you know anything more about that person or their work ethic. I wasted gas and time coming out to towson to try and get a job. I sat longer than I was interviewed. A fellow friend of mine had an interview with her the first time she ever came to one of Morgans job fairs and felt the same way, yet she got with another lady in the second job fair and got the second interview. I sat and watched interviewers talk and chat as I was waiting to interview! Is that professional for your company ?? I think you should look into better recruiters, coming from an HR representative.Morgan Properties
