      My mother hired this individual ************************* for the completion of a patio room. He took the money and ran. He is claiming he is sick and dying and I found out that there are more people he scammed. His subcontractors are trying to work with us, but this owner has failed to pay them, and we refuse to pay any more money as well. This man needs to be sued. There are talks of this man dying, and he since closed his business. No money has been refunded in 6 months.

      I feel like I was pressured into purchasing from this business owned by Michael Z**********. He came to my house for an estimate and when I asked if I could think it over, he told me no that he couldn't come back again and he led me to believe that he would include my whole porch to be remodeled. I signed this contract in September of 2021 and never got the porch enclose until March of 2022 and I had given him more than half of the $9500 that he charged me. When the time came to install the porch enclosure he asked if he could burn the old wood from the porch in my back yard and I refused as it was stated on the contract that it would be hauled away. Then when I asked if he was going to fix the bottom of the porch, he wanted another $2000 and I refused and had to hire someone else to finish it. Then after the porch enclosure was installed, I found holes in the bottom of one of the screens and said I wanted it replaced, and to this day it has not been replaced. He also sent a man to my house at night in the dark to pick up materials that were left in my back yard. Dealing with this man was a total nightmare and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He tries to play on his illnesses for sympathy to get your business so be warned not to fall for it as I did in the beginning. I want my screen replaced and I want the warranty that is supposed to be on this porch enclosure.
