      ******************************* the owner of Penn Patio took my check for $20,000 which was 50% of the contract for a 20 X 20 sunroom on my deck. He cashed the check very quickly. He required $7,000 when 2 of his men destroyed the top of my deck, the roof that covered half of it, the siding & exposed chimney where the roof was attached. When parts of a sunroom arrived & were dropped off on my lawn he required another $7,000. No one came back to do the job! The random parts looked like leftovers from another job! My lawn was burned out, I had water damage where the roof was removed & the destruction of my deck left in our yard. It cost thousands of dollars just to repair the chimney, siding & lawn. Not to mention the removal of all the debris from their deck destruction & random patio parts that were of no use. I had to have what was left of my deck broken down & removed!It was a total scam. Penn Patio ran ads in our local paper 1 or 2 times a week for about 10 months. Several people were also scammed by him. I stay in touch with a woman who lost $15,000. We know there are many more. My attorney has a warrant out for his arrest. It has cost me a fortune for the repairs.Im out $34,000 that took many years to save. This ********* team need to go to jail. They have a long history of scamming us elderly people.He certainly doesnt deserve 1 star! You cant write a review unless you designate at least 1.
