      I was leasing a car from CarLotta Credit. About a month or so ago, the car was unfortunately totalled. After paying the deposit for the total and waiting for the process to finish, I was told that when everything was said and done, the account was going to be zeroed out an I would no longer owe anything on the vehicle. After numerous follow-up calls (during all of which they pretended to provide service or dodge my request altogether), it became clear they there were content with sitting on their hands. I asked them to mail me a copy of the verification that the account was closed. After waiting for over a week, I never received it. I called back an asked for them to email it, which they promptly refused to do, multiple times, while insisting that they already mailed out the information I requested. I asked if there was an alternative way for me to receive it. I was told that I could come in the office to get it printed out. I proceed to call the branch office that I was having my dealings with to confirm this, yet the request was, once again, promptly shut down. I was told that they no longer had access to my account and that calling customer service was my only option. Further perpetuating their lack of desire to aid me in finalizing my dealings with them and their complacency to lie to those who no longer wish to deal business with them. They've shown themselves to be an incredibly ***** an unprofessional company who's content in making people's lives difficult or inconvenient as soon as they're no longer collecting money from them.

      12,000 dollars for a jeep liberty with 110,000 miles on the dash, busted brake light, oil not changed, and constantly up charging my payment. Ten day grace period has never once been executed and customer service is terrible. Got this jeep liberty, which is over ten years old, appraised. They charged me 12,000 dollars for a vehicle valued at 4,000 dollars. This is criminal.
