    Place an order for $89.94 on April 16, 2025 I still have not received my curtains. Ive tried many times leaving messages, sending the company emails and no response. I did find however that their property and the business is on the market to be sold for $840,000.00. All I want is either the curtains or my hard earned money. Order #****. Its terrible how they can steal your money and not give it back.

    Placed an order on march 30th, received an email a few days later that a label was created for shipping. That status has yet to ever change. After a couple attempts I finally got a response from someone saying their warehouse was behind schedule and they would hopefully get my order fulfilled by the end of the week. Nothing has changed in the status, I have tried several times to call and always have to leave a voicemail with no response. I have sent numerous emails and again no updates. I finally submitted a complaint through ****** and once they send over my complaint to them I get an email stating the curtains are still on back order. This has been the first time that I have been informed that they were back ordered. First and foremost if they werent in stock they should have stated that on their website. This is a sorry excuse of a company and will leave a poor review wherever I can about them. Very poor communication and customer service.

    I made a purchase for curtains and my money was taken out of my bank account, but I did not receive them. I emailed via a contact form and was told they will be shipping the next day and they did not ship at all. I have tried to email and phone them multiple times with no response since they dont answer their phone. I requested a refund and received no refund.

    I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and have not received it. Money was taken out immediately. I called multiple times and am always forwarded to voicemail. No one has returned my calls. I have emailed, and no one has emailed me back. Tracking shows no movement since order was placed.

    After weeks, I finally got my order. Quality was only so-so, but I needed another insert. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received the curtain, although they charged my credit card immediately. I've sent multiple messages to inquire on the status of my order, but no response.
