    Purchased two window treatments on 4/17/25 for $74.97; amount charged to my credit card on 4/18/25. As of 5/6/25 no product received. I have called 4 times & sent to voicemail every time; left a message but no response. Also sent 2 emails with no response.

    My daughter and I purchased 3 sets of ***** **** Tailored swag valances and an additional ***** **** tailored valance on April 11, 2025 for $96.96. The Order #**** was assigned to this. A **** label was created immediately after I ordered, but according to it my order is still sitting in the warehouse. I have called every other day and no answer. I did leave 3 voice mails and no one has returned my call. I have sent emails to customer service and was told on April 16th it was just sent out from the warehouse. A week later after no change in shipping was told via email they would check into it. I have sent 3 other emails, but none of them have been answered. I sent an email on April 28th requesting my order be cancelled since it has never been shipped and doesn't appear to ever be shipped and to refund me the full amount of $96.96, but no response. According to their ******** page under customer comments, other people are dealing with the same problems. I have a tight budget and would like to just get a full refund of $96.96.

    Ordered 4 sets of valances from Swags Galore. Three of the items are correct. The last item is correct on the packing list but the wrong item was sent with my order. Asked for a RMA number to return incorrect item. They claim order was sent with all correct items. They also told me to donate any item not wanted. So I take that as they will not issue a refund.

    Not satisfied with the 2 valances purchased. Return policy indicates to contact swags galore for an RMA number fand return within 30 days for a refund. The phone number provided ************** has not been answered. I have left 2 messages for a call back and no response. I have sent two emails requesting an RMA number with no reponse.     I ordered curtains on February 7th. I received a notice that they were out of stock but would be in the following Tuesday. I never heard anything so I sent them a again. They said they would get a hold of me. No one ever answers the phone. You cant even leave a message I have been trying in vain. My order number is 3906. They receive $93 for my order.

    I purchased some curtains on Dec 12, 2024 and they were the wrong ones, I have returned them on Jan 3, 2025 and they received them on the 6th, on Jan 8th I received an email from them and informed me that they would checked the mail to confirm that they were returned and send out the correct ones, which I have not gotten and I have not heard anything back from the business. At this point I do not want them and would like a refund.

    On 1/8/25 I placed an on line order with Swags Galore #**** for 6 Orion tailored valances for a total of $104.99. On 1/10/25, I ***'d an email saying that shipping label completed and provided a **** tracking number. I have been unable to track this order and there have been no further updates that I have received via email. I have called they customer service number and left at least a half dozen voice-mails as " no one available to take my call". I have also left customer service approximately 4-6 emails inquiring as to when to expect delivery.Not a proper way to operate a business! I would really appreciate your assistance in obtaining any information about my order, let alone receive the finished product I paid for. I so regret not checking their BBB rating prior to this transaction Your prompt consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Order No. 2228 was placed on Oct. 16, 2024. Order was never received, but was listed as delivered. Cost was $267.55. Attempted on several occasions to contact their ***************** left messages, by phone, email, and text. No response to date.

    Iordered curtains for my house and was told this was on back order since july 2024, waited till aug. tryed to call and left messages on the voice mail at ext. 102, a person name ***, never received a call back and even left voice mall on the other voice mail lines. I have been calling and even send a letter for someone to call me or refund my money and ,NOTHING IS HAPPENING. All i want is to cancel my order and have the money refunded back to meASAP.... The web page listed 2 numbers to call, did that and here is the numbers ************ and ************* I like to get this issue resolved ASAP and get the money back, since iam a sr. *******
