  I purchased a Newfypoo back in April 2022. My pup had an umbilical hernia and the vet stated that he needed to get surgery to close it up. I immediately reached out to the breeder after his checkout to inform him and got no response. Reached out again 6months later after his second vet check and no response again. I then emailed Greenfield Puppies directly since our dog came with a 1 year health guarantee and no response from them either. I have sent them three emails with photos and still nothing.....SO FRUSTRATING! Why advertise that you offer a health guarantee when you completely ignore the customer?

  I purchased two pomapoo puppies from Sam M***** in Narvon, PA. The boy had the diarrhea from day 1 and 3 days later the girl stopped eating. I called him and told him and he said to give them nutritional gel but that did nothing and I took them to the vet. They had Coccidia, which, is contagious. I called him told him as they still had other puppies which were probably infected too. I also said that since the puppies were not healthy when I got them that they owed me the vet bill. That was a month ago and still no reimbursement. I called him twice and no response. Greenfield advertises healthy puppies guaranteed. Obviously, that's a lie. I don't mind if I would have been reimbursed for the vet bill but, when they advertise healthy puppies they should stand by that.

  This is 2023 now. Two weeks ago Greenfield puppies offered to mediate my case with the Millers but I have heard nothing from them either. So I guess the healthy puppy guaranteed is mute. Don't buy from any of their breeders. They are puppy mills as I have found out. I will never buy from them again. I wish I would have figured that out earlier. I do love my puppies but I worry that they might have some hereditary problem down the road. I pray that they don't.

  Still no response from Greenfield Puppies rep Bonnie G****** after 2 phone calls.
  Breeder has not emailed OR mailed AKC application registration so I can register puppy.
  DISGUSTING!!! Everyone got paid and I’m screwed. Nice!
  Since June 8th 2022 till October 6th 2022 I DID NOT RECIEVE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND PAID FOR!!!

  From the time I found my Max (Theodore) on your website, it was love at first site. My husband was searching and I was searching on our own computers and ironically, we both chose the same dog.
  Once we picked him and he was placed in my arms, it was an instant connection. It was a long drive and we were concerned with the drive back but he was perfect. A little whimper but that's all. The communication was excellent. The instructions given was excellent and there was nothing to complaint about or questions to ask. We already knew so much from the website the communication we received.
  I love my Max and had fun filming him and running with him and just looking at how well he adapted to his new home. It was a heartfelt experience.

  Regrettably, we bought our puppy through here a couple years ago, but looking into them further in search of a second dog, Greenfield is just a network of Amish puppy mills. They treat the dogs like livestock, routinely cull whatever doesn’t sell and are generally cruel heartless greedy folk that think nothing of beating their horses and abusing animals for money. Find someone NOT down here to get your dog from. Don’t support them.

  We purchased a 13 week old Golden Retriever from Steve Z****. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The puppy we got was very clean and healthy.
  Steve was knowledgeable about his pups. Great communication and so nice to talk to.
  Would recommend Steve Z**** any day!
