      This company violated my HIPAA privacy by putting my medical bills on Credit Karma and then was told by the hospital to remove it because I did not owe. It was a mistake from the hospital and the hospital was paid! They removed it and then put it back up. I have dealt with this company several times with several disputes of them violating HIPPA PRIVACY! They are rude and are double dipping, trying to get more money out of people even though bills are being paid. Again this was no fault of mine and the bill was paid!

      I made a payment because I got tired of being harassed by these individuals. HBCBSNJ owned up to their mistake, contacted Apex of their mistake and made sure that the money I paid was to be returned. It's been 2 years and several phone calls to Apex and I still have not been refunded. The last phone call with them turned into, it's not their fault and a blame game. I am now the collection agency trying to recover a debt.
