    this company should be closed down. They don't care about their customers. I have been waiting forever for a package that has not moved for days,but they have done nothing they don't care. They filed their own complaint for the post office to get their money back, but I don't have my back or a product and cannot use my microwave when I have a IV chessboard. This is horrible business practices. They have multiple complaints. I wish Ihad seen all the complaints before I ordered from this absolutely horrible company that only cares about themselves and not about their customers. I still have no which hasn't moved since the 11th and don't have my money back. They should be really shut down and arrested for stealing peoples money and not delivering a product for them. It's a low amount of money for me it's a lot of money the post office has lost my paycheck, etc. but the company refuses to do anything. They just want me to be patient and wait multiple more days whythey hold onto my money and I have no products again I think they should be shut down or put in jail. You could see my tracking number in the photo. I have multiple emails that showed the company does not care about their customers. They have a horrible rating on the Better Business Bureau website and on other review websites they have poor moral and ethical practices. They are horrible company and horrible people. I don't know how they sleep at night.

    I am rejecting this response because: Business expects me to pay return shipping for their defective product  they sold me(2 suspension) rods out of 4, or 50% bad. They then will ship me the same brand rods which I don't want since 2 out of 4 of the rods they sent me were defective. Also if I have to pay for return shipping I am paying more for the rods than original price I paid for them which is unacceptable. I already bought replacement rods since I cannot be with out a washing machine while this complaint goes on. 

    McCombs sold me a defective product, they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them. I do not  want it replaced, I not trust their product, see the pictures. I want a refund. If they want these defective rods back I will be happy to send them but they pay the shipping.

    I ordered a dishwasher part form McCombs Supply ********* and they sent me the wrong part which I returned. I emailed them to find out why I haven't received my refund yet. They replied that they are not refunding it because it was installed. If I'd been able to install it, I wouldn't have returned it. How can I put something in that doean't fit?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY ARE CROOKS!

    I purchased a washing machine repair part 12/16/24 for $29.85 plus shipping $8.22 plus tax $2.28 for a total of $ ***** . The part that was sent to me was not the part I ordered, the part that was sent was a part that cost $30.85 . there are differences in the 2 parts as pictured on their website. Their return policy is: McCombs Supply pays the return if: Incorrect product is sent. After several e-mails they agreed to have the part returned for a full refund. I returned the part but was not given the full refund that included the shipping cost. They refuse to refund the original shipping cost of $8.22 .

    Seller stated per email conversation that they would provide a refund Minus the shipping charge, which was fine even though I never even received the package. The package was delivered to the wrong location and someone put return to sender which is what was done, the item was delivered back to the seller (McCombs) but they the seller only offers ***** of the ***** I paid. The item ordered was ***** with ***** shipping and 4.95 tax which totals *****. Why would they only offer me ***** of the ***** I paid? They agreed to a refund Minus the shipping in an email communication but then only offer me ***** refund. ***** minus *****= ***** NOT *****.****** has also sided with the seller in my several disputes with ******. I will be disputing with my bank but either way I'm getting a refund or we will be in court.

    I bought an icemaker auger unit from this company and I returned a new item to them, they did not credit my account stating that it was installed, and then returned a completely unservicable damaged unit to me. I wrote the owner of the company explaining the series of events along with pictures but have not heard anything from him. See my attached letter to *** *******************, subject: "Returned Auger Damaged and Unserviceable". The auger unit I bought and paid for was maliciously and intentionally damaged by someone in his company. This is unacceptable! I asked him to reimburse my account the cost of the auger and my shipping.

    I would like BBB to post my updated complaint below on your website.  I am ok with BBB closing this complaint, but I would like you to update my complaint and post it on your website.  This company is very disingenuous and I want my complaint to be posted permanently on your BBB website.

    Updated complaint follows:

    The problem I have with this company is that there are rude, deceitful,and malicious employees at McCombs Supply Co Inc.  I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.
    I bought an icemaker auger unit from this company and I returned a new item to them, they did not credit my account stating that it was installed, and then returned a completely unserviceable damaged unit to me. I wrote the owner of the company explaining the series of events along with pictures but have not heard anything from him.  The auger unit I bought and paid for was maliciously and intentionally damaged by someone in this company.
    I received the damaged auger back in a heavily bubble wrapped box which was not damaged during shipment, so the auger was intentionally damaged by one of the McCombs Supply employees before packaging and shipping it back to me.  The auger gear was entirely missing,one of the plastic brackets was completely broken, and the foam pads on the base of the unit were damaged or gouged with a screwdriver or other sharp object.  This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!  What company allows their employees to treat their customers this way?  I asked the company to reimburse my account the cost of the auger and shipping, which came to $133.47.  The company only reimbursed me $123.19 for the cost of the item only.  They did not reimburse me for shipping.  I will never do business with this company again.

    Purchased a furnace intermittent pilot gas ignition control on November 11,2023. Received it on November 14th. Had the part for about 1 hours and found it to not be what I needed so packaged it up and sent it back the same day. The tracking number showed they received it on November 17th. I contacted them November 20th to confirm and requested a receipt for my refund. They said the refund was denied because it showed signs of installation. It was never installed..and was returned the same day I received it.

    Ended up with the wrong part ordered and sent them 3 emails the same day Saturday and one more Monday They are not there on weekends so without reading my 4 emails to change the part they sent me the wrong part. The company is very very bad at communicating. At their quest I sent the part back. They now have my money and usps say they got the return part So I short I got no parts no refund and they have my needed part and my money This has taken 3 weeks of my time and I did make a formal complaint to ******

    the buyer is upset because the buyer made a purchasing error and we did not cancel his order. This would not have been an issue at all had the customer order the correct item the first time. I do not believe we are at fault. The buyer made a purchase, we promptly shipped it. The buyer opened a case through ****** so now we are working on this through ******.

    Bought a motor for my furnace through McCombs supply and worked for one day then quit Ive tried calling them for 4 hours and emailed them and no response I just want a replacement or refund

    Ordered and rec'd ********* glass replacement plate for microwave. Cost $29.40, paid by cc on 10/14. Item arrived in box one would use to mail a book or the like. Could hear what sounded like broken glass inside box before even opening. Plate was wrapped in one piece of tissue paper. Nowhere on box were indications package was fragile, etc. Immediately upon opening and realizing plate was shattered, contacted business and spoke w/Carlos who advised we would need a label from McCombs to return the product and to send photos. We have sent photos of the box, the wrapping and the shattered plate. We have attempted to communicate via email, sending the photos McCombs requested. We are assuming the label could be sent to us via email. Unfortunately, McCombs has not responded to our emails in any fashion. We requested an opportunity to speak with Ken M****** to attempt to resolve this without the need for this complaint. We were told by Carlos Mr. M****** has no email or telephone. We have emailed twice with no response. We have done exactly what was requested by McCombs but have received no reply. Due to poor packaging and no customer service, we do not wish for McCombs to send another plate which would probably arrive in the same condition and we would be tasked once again with returning the product and chasing our refund.

    We asked for a picture of the item to be sure we were not being scammed. We don't just give a refund without backing up the reason why. The buyer sent the pictures and we promptly refunded the order in full.
