    DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY They steal your money by never accepting a return even after they agree to a return. It wasn't the correct part and I sent it back right away. They never called or emailed me to let me know of any issues. When you call a month later to see what happened they make false claims only they can verify about the part so they don't have to return your money. Terrible customer service I think it's criminal and they should be held accountable.

    I purchased a part for my Rheem water heater from McCombs online and they sent me the wrong part, I requested the correct replacement part and they did not have this part available. I requested to return the wrong part and in order to send back for a credit I had to pay for return shipping. I sent part back via **** and based on my tracking number it was was received by there warehouse two after ship date. I called to check on the status of my credit a week later. However, they claim they had not received the part? I then provided the tracking number (part of me believes if I did not have a tracking number they would have claimed it was not received) of which I provided then they then miraculously found the part? One day later they denied my credit claiming that it was installed. I returned it as I had received it, I did not install this part as it was wrong part. I did send it a different box? Very hard to deal with the only way to communicate with them is through e mail. Very poor communication, No customer service. Poor management.

    This business has zero customer service. They have multiple phon numbers which are answered with an automated..."the wireless caller you have reached is unavailable, try again later". Their Facebook messenger abd email are also automated. You can't get a person to reply to your specific problem. I ordered what I thought was a bathroom light/fan for 127.00.
    What I received was a cover for that fan. I needed the whole fan and wanted to talk to someone to confirm if that was really the cost for just a cover. Of course I only got an email that was automated and said they had to receive my item in 10 days or I wouldn't get a refund. This seemed unreasonable since it was the holiday rush and I didn't think it would get there in time and then I'd have no product and no refund. So I now have a part of what I thought I was ordering.
    I'm really not sure if this is even a real company. Buyer beware.

    UNPROFESSIONAL! They do not take ownership for the incomplete item descriptions they have. The ENTIRE customer service department is extremely rude and refuse to help. Would give negative stars if I could.

    don't buy from McCombs Supply!

    I ordered a hvac capacitor based on their ad, but they shipped me the different product without my approval in advance. I returned the order, but they just refunded me part of my payment, their reason was that the product they sent me was similar to the one I ordered. based on their return policy, they ship customer wrong product, customer may return with full refund.

    therefore, don't buy from McCombs Supply!

    I ordered a motor for a whirlpool dryer and installed it. The motor was super loud ( sounded like a jet taking off.) When I contacted the company and asked for a refund the associate was extremely rude and basically said “ Ok , mail it back and we will test it and decide if you get a refund “! I looked at Google reviews and read the horrible reviews and other customers complained about the rude employee ( his name is Carlos). The company basically makes excuses why you don’t get a refund such as “ Sorry the product was installed and has scratches!” Stay away from this company and buyer beware.
