      This business is a total scam. The proprietor stopped by my elderly father’s house out of the blue and told him he had some leftover sealer from another job and could therefore give him a good deal sealing his driveway. He quoted an exorbitant price, and after some back and forth my dad agreed to pay $7,800 for the job. The work was completed and other than blowing the driveway off, there was no additional work done as far as filling cracks or repairing asphalt. The sealing job is mediocre at best. There are areas where the sealer is thin and uneven, but the real problem is the price. It is totally out of line. Doing some research on similar driveways of similar size shows that this job should cost no more than $1,000 at most. This business is preying upon the elderly by showing up unannounced, promising a good deal, and then charging an outrageous price without allowing time for due diligence. In this case the homeowner had no idea what the going rate was and was pressured into paying way too much. Steer clear of this business.
