    My locks were changed by fetch home management. They gave everyone in the building access to the keys to my unit. By putting everyone's keys into one lockbox and sending out a general announcement with the lockbox code. Upon arrival to my apartment. My apartment door was open the door knob was unlocked. All of the lights in my unit were turned on and my security camera system was disconnected. I contacted fetch home management multiple times. I informed them I did not feel safe and I wanted my locks changed again. After days of being in contact with them and the issue not being resolved. I had to contact a third party company to have the locks changed myself. I contacted the office the morning after the locks were changed and informed them I had the locks replaced on my own that I would be sending a copy of the keys to the unit via mail along with a letter, copy of the invoice and receipt for services rendered and would be deducting the cost from December rent. I also submitted a work orders requesting pest control because I saw a mouse in my kitchen. Which has still not been addressed because they didnt give ***** access to the unit even after I informed the company numerous times I'm unable to be home during normal business hours due to work. I submitted a request for my bathtub being clogged on October 10, 2022. They did not send anyone to resolve the issue until. November 9, 2022. One month to fix a plumbing problem is not reasonable timeframe for work to be done. Along with other request I have submitted in September when they originally took ownership of the property that still have not been addressed. When they switched over ownership the entire building didnt have running water cold or hot for two days and we need and another tenant were unable to get in contact with anyone after normal business hours to report the problem. Or any emergency maintenance problem. The way this management company conducts business is unacceptable.
