    I have lived in one of the fetch properties since December 2023. The first day we noticed plumbing issues with water leaking into the downstairs neighbors apartment. The neighbors said it was a problem with the previous tenants and that the home was vacant for about 2 years. We got the shower pipes fixed. No bill was given to us. Our toilet has always leaked from the day we moved in and finally got it fixed. 3 months ago in March our toilet was clogged. The 1st maintenance man couldnt fix it and flooded our bathroom for the second time and left our toilet disgusting. The water was backed up into our bathtub as well. My daughter was 3 months old at the time and we couldnt use any water source for a week. They finally came to fix it after saying an emergency team would be out but never showed. 3 months later I get a bill for $685 for the toilet. No one told us what was wrong with the toilet or if they found what clogged it. I contacted fetch which took awhile to finally speak to our landlord. After speaking with our landlord July 25th 2024, he tried to make us seem like we were lying about our toilet issue, he also said he would contact the company and ask why theres a bill and that he would call us back the following week. He still has yet to call us back. Its been a week since we spoke to him and still nothing. Im still getting late fee charges and its August 6th. I am not paying for a bill I have no why Im being charged with. Ive been waiting patiently for our landlord to message us back. But now I am getting emails every day about late fee charges, about late fee forms including the lease agreement with paying rent which I had already payed. *** sent multiple emails multiple texts and no one seems to care about this issue. This is becoming a way bigger issue than it needed to be in the first place. I have done my part and will continue to keep sending multiple emails until someone decides to fix this issue.

    I have lived here at one fetches properties since 11/21. We had a very good landlord when I first moved here. Now a new woman owns it named Misha Swords and she has fetch manage the property. This was a rehab house before I came here. The one tenant is a vet and screams and kicks my door than lies to fetch about and the police. I shouldn't have to be scared to live in my house. Because he keeps denying the behavior I was advised not to contact the police anymore or fetch on this matter. They are making me out to be a liar. After I contacted the police then the other tenant said I had been stealing things our of the basement to sell which is absolutely not true. I am on short term disability with my job because I had surgery for colon cancer and for fetch and the police not to do anything should be a crime.

    Hi Michael - first and foremost no one will ever tell you to not contact the police or management. With tenant disputes that break local ordinances, that’s the first thing we inform you to do.

    Please note that everyone has rights and we Cabot just remove someone that has established residency here. There is a process involved with the courts.

    Please continue to contact the police if you are in danger and in the meantime we are in the process of working through other options to handle this tenant situation.
