    I recently rented a property through this company via Airbnb and encountered significant issues that I feel compelled to share. First, I discovered that they charge a security deposit through Airbnb, a practice I was unaware of and which Airbnb does not seem to regulate effectively. Upon arriving at the vacation cabin, I was met with a catastrophe. The cabin was not as listed or expected. The host, Kingly LLC, had listed the property with misleading photos, taken from angles that made the place appear new and well-maintained. In reality, the cabin was in a shocking and frustrating state for my whole family. Attempts to communicate with the host to cancel the reservation were unproductive; the host was uncooperative and lacked understanding. It became evident that their business model prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. The furniture and utensils in the cabin were worn out and in dire need of replacement. We encountered torn towels and ***** kitchen utensils, reflecting a 'spend less, charge more' approach. The experience was the worst I have had with a vacation rental. Despite charging a cleaning fee, the host expected us to clean the house, wash the linens, and perform room service tasks. This is an unfair practice that shows a blatant disregard for guests' comfort and expectations. In summary, Kingly LLC runs a business that is unfair to guests, focusing solely on maximizing profit while providing the bare minimum in terms of amenities and cleanliness.
