    This business has very dishonorable practices. Tried to impose a monthly fee for not having a credit card permanently on file.Called for a pay off after they received my payment. Was given one and told it would be less the next day because of a discount they would give for pay off and to call then. When I called I was given a different pay off, one for over a hundred dollars more. Then, I received that pay off via email and it was even more. When I called to pay it off, they added ANOTHER fee and now the payoff is almost THREE hundred dollars more. I will NEVER purchase, or recommend purchasing, from ****** Barns or ANY business who uses this payment portal. They are scammers imho.

    In response to the monthly fee. It is not a monthly fee, it is a 2.75% surcharge fee that stems from the credit card companies each time a credit card payment is made. Our customers can avoid this fee by either signing up for autopay or mailing their payment in. ******************** chose to mail her payments in, so she wouldn't incur the surcharge fee. As for the payoff, this customer's due date is the 8th of each month, therefore her *** (early payoff) expires the 7th of each month. ******************** called in on 8/7, the day her current *** expired. She had prepaid rent on the account, which made her *** even lower. On 8/8, when her rent became due again, she did not make an additional payment, therefore her rent pulled from the prepaid rent. Since there was less prepaid rent on the account, the *** increased. Please note, when she called in on 8/7 on a recorded line, she was advised the *** would re-calculate on 8/8. When she called in on 8/8, the *** did increase, as previously written. She became upset. The representative tried to explain why it increased, she cut the representative off, saying they made no sense and refused to let the representative explain it, became accusatory, not wanting to go over it to help her understand and hung up. She called back the same day to make the payment, she was advised again that there would be a 2.75% surcharge fee for using a credit card. She had plenty of time to mail in her payment, as her new current *** did not expire until 9/7. She responded to the rep that she didn't trust us for the mail to get here in time, and chose to move forward with making her payment with a credit card. Her *** was $6121.37 and with the 2.75% surcharge of $168.34 came to $6,121.37. It was not an additional $300. ******************** has been mailing her payments in for months. She could have mailed in her *** payment to avoid the surcharge, however, she was adamant on paying with a card.Again, please note this was also on a recorded line.

    These people are clueless!! Don't do business with them! Have contacted shed company to suggest that they are dropped as a financing option.

    ************** contacted us on 5/25/2024 to take advantage of the 90 days same as cash payoff, however, this particular payoff expired on 4/4/2024. He received his structure before or on 1/5/2024. 90 days from that date is 4/4/2024. He had previously contacted us on 1/6/2024 on a recorded line and had multiple questions, regarding his agreement with us. He asked about the numbers on the agreement and said he "wish he would have known this prior", however, he signed this digitially on 12/29/2023. The digital signature link has a link to the agreement for the customer to review before signing. We went over the 90 days same as cash payoff in detail. Not only did our representative advise him of the expiration date, they asked him if he would like to have that sent in a text, he said yes and it was texted. He was completely aware when the 90 days same as cash expired. We do have digital documentation of all of this information.

    Incompetent. You schedule your payments online and they threaten and harass you about not paying! They don’t follow the signed contract and they try to change the terms of the contract! I would not recommend doing business with this company!

    After review of this customer's account, a payment was missed in April of 2023. The customer has been notified by phone, texts, email and certified mail. Past due notifications will continue to go out to the customer until they bring their account current.

    There were two payments in March 2023 made. The incompetence and lack of customer service is highly showcased in their response. I’m sure in the near future they will have a class action lawsuit for the payment fees and late fees they charge. I would not recommend this company as well.

    Mr. H******, you are correct, there were two payments made in March of 2023, they covered your missed payment in February of 2023 and the March 2023 payment. Then you missed April of 2023. Please log onto your online payment portal to review your payment history. We will also email this to you to ensure you receive it. You missed a payment and need to bring your account current.
