      I called this company on the sixth and said I no longer want to pay monthly for a service a guy named ***** answered the phone and said someone would call me back. No one called me back but I get this email stating I $150 for breaking some type of contract. I have no idea what this company is talking about highway robbery nobody ever had the consideration to pick upthe phone and discuss anything with me. they are trying to take my money for something. I dont even recall signing, but at least have the common courtesy to give me a call talk about it. The reason why Im canceling is every time a service man comes out they do nothing absolutely nothing but you can guarantee they leave. They send me an email with a bunch of quotes to pay more money to do other things. Its just a gimmick they constantly want your money no common courtesy at all all you do is get from this company. No one ever calls you. I called a month ago and said why are you charging me more? They said oh our bills wentup. I never got anything saying that my bill went Up and if I had a contract, doesnt that lock you in on the price what is going on here? This is a scam.

      This company started charging my debit card without authorization on Oct 31, Dec 2, Dec 31 and Feb 3rd. I have no idea who this is and I have never done business with them.

      Miscommunication: Haller merged with Deluxe Plumbing and Heating, where the customer had an active membership with Auto payments. Haller reached out to customer and resolved the issue, resulting in refunded payments.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The member account should have been closed Dec 2023. Haller took out 4 payments until the card expired. The 4 payments they refunded had started back up charging my new card from Oct 2024 to Jan 2025.

       

      So, only half was refunded. I do realize that the first 4 Jan 2024 to April 2024 is older but I was still wrongfully charged as I had closed the account upon moving away.

      I had signed up for an annual maintenance plan for $10 per month. At the time of signing up, it was explained that the maintenance plan annual fee would be for an annual heater and ac maintenance service. Every year, since May 2021, I did not receive a call from Haller to schedule an ac and heater maintenance appointment. Instead, I called each year to schedule the expected ac and heater maintenance service. When I called on December 12, 2024 to schedule a heater maintenance service, ** for the first time ever,** after 4 years of calling and complaining that I have not been receiving a call to schedule the annual maintenance for my ac and heater, I was told "you only signed up for annual maintenance for your ac unit." In none of the prior phone calls each year, for over 4 years was I told that the annual maintenance service of my heater was not included. When called each prior year to complain that I had not received a phone call for my annual heater maintenance service, the Haller ***resentative immediately scheduled the heater appt. and apologized for my not receiving a call to schedule a heater maintenance appointment, ** nothing else was discussed by the Haller ***resentative, a Haller *** did **not** say heater maintenance was not covered by the annual $120 maintenance plan. I cancelled the annual maintenance on December 12th while on the phone with Haller ***resentative because 1) it was originally explained, at time of signing up, by a Haller ***resentative, the maintenance plan included annual ac and heater maintenance, as of December 12, 2024 that was no longer true. 2) It was explained by a Haller ***resentative that I would receive a phone call from a Haller ***resentative to schedule the annual ac and heater maintenance appointment each year, that did not occur over the past 4 years.Haller is claiming that I have to continue to pay for an annual maintenance plan, regardless of my cancelling the maintenance plan on December 12th, 2024

      This customer enrolled in our Single System Maintenance membership plan, which includes one HVAC visit per year. This visit encompasses an inspection of heating and cooling system and be designed as either cooling or heating visits, depending on renewal time. Additional benefits include priority emergency service and discount for other services. Haller offers multiple ways to schedule this visit, including email reminder, automated phone calls and direct phone calls with three time to reach out on membership visit schedules. Our membership provides more than just a single visit; they offer year-round benefits and can be cancelled at any time. 

      We have made several attempts to contact this customer to resolve the issue but have not received a response.

      I called Haller yesterday to request the installation of my ice-maker hose. I informed them the hoses and connectors supplied by the company from whom I bought the refrigerator did the fit. I was told by their representative that the technician would have all the parts he needed to complete the install. We made an appointment for the install between 8:00 AM and 12 PM today. At 12:05 PM I called Haller to inform them the technician had not arrived. I was told he was on another job was probably running late. I said that was no excuse for not being notified of the delay. They called back at 12:20 PM informing me he would arrive within 45 minutes. He finally arrived at 1:40 PM. He then went to his truck after inspecting my hoses to see if he had the right parts and to provide a quote for the work. When he returned he quoted $405 to complete for the job, also informing me he needed to purchase the parts (so much for having everything on the truck). I told him the most expensive parts could be purchased from a hardware store for $21 with the less expensive kit selling for $15. After expressing my displeasure I dismissed the technician and called Haller to complain. About an hour later I received a call back from the technician's manager who said that was their price. Bottom line, I hate to think this is some form of elder abuse since I'm 72. In closing, I've been an ardent Haller customer who even recommended their **** services to my neighbors. This exorbitant pricing and poor customer service are certainly unforgivable.

We stock a wide range of plumbing parts and fixtures to handle issues promptly during our service visits.       I am rejecting this response because I never asked Haller to replace the hoses that were already present for the ice maker connection.  I had another plumber come to my house and he simply supplied a coupling connector for the ice maker at no charge.  The flat rate quoted my Haller was  for replacing everything, not connecting the ice maker hose which is what I asked for in the beginning.  Their estimate was a price gouging attempt in my estimation and not a good faith offer based on my simple need.

      I hired Haller after seeing a social media post offering a free Yeti cooler and a $700 discount on the product. Once they completed their installation, the air conditioning system was not working correctly and they returned 6 times to try to rectify the problem. The 7th time they were scheduled to come back, they did not even show up. When the bills starting coming due I noticed the discount was not applied to the total amount and I also never got the cooler. I called the company once I realized I never received anything and the representative that I spoke to knew what I was referring to but did not know how to honor the offer. He told me someone would reach out to me who was better able to help me but I never received a call back from them. I have not reached out to them again because of the terrible experience I had with this company. They were unable to correctly install my air conditioning unit in proper working order and they also did not honor their discount as advertised. After all this experience I would simply like them to honor their offer that originally brought me to hire this company.

      Haller Enterprises does offer promotions during different times of the year. This summer we did have a promotion of a Free Yeti cooler on selected systems. Unfortunately, the system you had installed did not fall in the requirements and per our contact/proposal there was not mention of this promotion. Also, Haller has made multiple visits to correct the issues you have experienced with your newly install system. Even installed new duct work at no cost to insure the system is operating to the Manufacture recommendations. From our last visit the system was maintain proper temperature and working correctly.

      We were charged for equipment that was not installed. Management refuses to send us an itemized bill. We have called them many times to try to resolve this and have been told that someone will get back to us but no one has made an attempt to call or text or email us or mail us a letter.

      I had a membership with Haller Enterprises that renews in November of every year. I pay $24/mo for this membership. I cancelled this membership on August 15, 2024. I have been billed by Haller every month from November 2023 through August 2024. Under the membership you get 2 yearly service requests. I had 1 service in the spring of 2024 for AC, I have not scheduled a 2nd request. The yearly membership total cost is $288, if that is for 2 services then each service cost is $144. I have currently paid $240 at the time of cancelling. I should have received a refund for the overpayment amount of $96. I have not received any refunds. When I called to cancel the membership I asked for proof of termination, I was told that my request would be forwarded to the billing department and someone would reach out. I never received a call or proof that they terminated my membership. I started a follow up chat a few days later I was told that the account was closed and that the balance is currently $0. I inquired about a refund for the contract overpayment and was told that the request would be passed to the billing department. Once again nobody has contacted me about the issue. For a resolution, I would like documented proof that the account has been closed and someone to explain to me why I did not get a refund for my overpayment.

      WE signed a sales proposal to by a new heat pump and propane furnace from Haller on May 2nd, 2024. Haller installers arrived May 4th to install new equipment. The one day install was not finished for 20 days because of wrong and bad parts in new equipment, and a wire left disconnected on the outside unit that was fixed by a service call. The Haller website and the sales person advertized 100% Satisfaction. Haller didnt come close to 100% with us, our dealings with Haller Sales Staff have be horrendous. Attached are our 4 months of communications attempting to deal with the sales staff to resolve our issues and dissatisfaction. Haller Sales people have stop responding to our attempts to resolve our concerns. We would like the two years of maintenance agreement added to our account on our new HVAC equipment the Sales Manager said Haller would give us. We would also like Haller to follow thru with correcting the deficiencies of the undersized installed Air Scrubber.

      *** left my hose on all night I didnt have water the next day I called Haller they said it wouldnt cost anything to check it out. *** came and said he had to do a diagnostic which would cost $497 I am disabled I told him to go ahead he told me that water came back on and it would cost $7,200 to fix everything he didnt fix anything next day I called another company he replace two parts for $200 and told me that company scammed me. I called for a refund they refused

      In December of 2021 My wife and i initially had called Haller to get a quote to install a gas line and gas Furnace. The sales *** stated that we should just install a Heat pump instead. This way we would also have Central air. I had concerns about the ductwork. I knew that ***lacing the Duct work was expensive. The sales *** stated that its the good kind of ductwork, that they don't make it like this anymore and the existing ductwork would be fine. I had concerns about the heat pump in the winter due to reading that they didnt do to well in the winter. The *** ******* me that it would be fine. He quoted me the price, it was all within my budget. I was told the unit wasn't as much cause they were discontinuing the unit tin 2022. So my wife and I decided to go the Heat pump Route. Midway through, the installers showed me a piece of my old unit and said there was a crack, which was why i was smelling oil first kicked on. After the install was complete. The installers told me that i should ***lace my ductwork cause the ductwork wasn't for this type of unit. I explained that this wasn't what i was told. He did what he could to get the pressure in the unit to his liking, and then gave me alternative options to cut the cost of installing new Ductwork. It has been almost 3 years since it was installed and has failed inspection 3 times. I have reached out to them too many times to count and i do not get a call back. Between one inspection and the next, it took a year for someone to call to me back to schedule a fix to get it to pass inspection. From install to now, the pump that is meant to drain the water outside drained into my basement. it took 2 visits to determine it wasn't installed correctly. the unit wasn't sealed correctly and had to be redone. the electrical outlet wasn't installed. and my Circuit breaker may be overloaded. and there is little to no air transfer in the upstairs rooms. I feel very Mislead, and Ignored for the past 3 years

      this has not been resolved, there has not been any contact regarding the Ductwork, only the final inspection has been completed.  What haller stated was done on the day they came back out wasnt what was actually done.  I had to call and have the final inspection done.
