Immature (possibly unlawful) actions by owner/mgr. following me publicly stepping up (taking ownership on a Face Book post) that I picked lumber yard "bar code" tags off the ground and, pulled a few that were hanging lose off, on a newly installed wood stockade fence around the owner/manager yard to help avoid unsightly litter along the CG main entrance road, and handing them over to a Staff Member for disposal. Contract (pg. 6) states: "The undersigned seasonal camping family agrees to keep their campsite clean, uncluttered, and free from litter. and agrees to be a considerate camping family." Others received warning letters.

The action by the owners was to evict us from the camp site (75 days into a 199 day written contract) following six previous successful seasons on the same site, having one of the most admired sites in the campground. Our site was pleasing, representing the FBCG in the highest regards. Additional actions: we are forever banned from entering FBCG eliminating us from ever visiting family or friends made over the more than six camping seasons as seasonal camper.

The owners of the grounds are standing on "their view" calling this "criminal trespass & vandalism". Additionally, I was referred to as being "rude" as another reason. This comes absent any example of what is being considered as "rude". Consequently, the eviction also comes with a complete forfeiture of any unused portion of fees associated with being evicted, an amount exceeding $2,500. Unsure this is lawful.

Contract pg. 6 "If (G)usts/(T)ennant(s) have a problem, you may ask to speak to ownership where the problem will be handled professionally."
We requested a few minutes of time with Owner/Manager to discuss "what we were being accused of" to try to resolve matters maturely. We asked and were declined a face to face and told by Aaron (owner/mgr. while on the phone with wife) that "everything" must be via email.

They fail to follow their own business contract.
