    I normally do write reviews such as this. Recently I applied to *************** Apartments in February 2025. I was approved for the apartment and was set to move in this apartment on April 15, 2025. I received a call from the leasing agent Alysssa, and was informed that my apartment move-in-date has been pushed back to May 1. This was an inconvience for me, considering I could not take off of work on May 1 to move. I asked for my security deposit back that I put down on the apartment and my ****** holding fee. The property manager ******** ******* stated that my money could be refunded, but never responded to my emails or calls about my full refund. I had to contact Paradise management LLC for my refund, I received a call back from them stating they would refund my money. I haven't received my refund of 1,******. When I went to the leasing offcie, I was informed by a leasing agent that ******** was going to contact me, and she hasn't returned my calls. Please do not lease with company, they are unprofessional and this unacceptable. If you looking to lease with Greenwhich Place apartments in ***********************, please think twice. Don't give them your security deposit until the day you move in.

    I usually dont write reviews on apartments, but I need to warn people do not move here until they make changes. I have lived in over three apartments in *********************** and this is one of the worst experience Ive ever had. They have really big maintenance issues such as not completing tickets. The ceiling was leaking because of a reoccurring issue with the toilet the refrigerator constantly leaked water. My poor baby has fell on the water a few times. People in the office are extremely unprofessional and just tried to appease you in the moment, but never follow up. I dont mind paying the night rent but the service and the quality should match.

    This place has been a complete nightmare since moving in. Cheap/broken appliances, a leaking roof in both the master bath and dining room, mold, mildew, and overall terrible building maintenance. This all comes at a ridiculous price of $2,000 a month.

    I moved into Greenwich Apartments in Owings Mills, MD on May of this year and have had a terrible experience. From a defective refrigerator which caused me to have to throw food out, to having a stove replaced which should’ve been replaced 10 years ago. Now, I’m dealing with an issue of mold and a leaking ceiling in the primary bathroom! These apartments are poorly maintained and worth nowhere near the $2,000+ a month for rent. Since living here, I have had several service tickets and complaints. I pay my rent on time every month and should not have to deal with the nonsense! The units have not been updated since they were built. The cabinets are pealing and the list goes on…I would not recommend moving here, but instead researching other apartments in the area that are updated, and take pride in their properties.
