Every time after the initial interview with victory, felt like an argument or harassment. Sometimes I felt as though they were trying to hold me up against a wall. Even brought in a real lawyer once to send me an email because they were so upset with my behavior. Do anything to fix their side of the problem. Communication is their side of the problem. Victory disability does not communicate on your behalf as a lawyer would. All communication with the social security administration was through me. Victory did not assist me in any way. They did not provide me with counseling. They did not provide me with what I needed to know to submit my claim. In the end I believe the social security administration did not pay me back pay because of victory disability. I believe the social security administration will not pay victory disability if they can avoid it at all costs. Shopping for a lawyer for your claim. Do not choose victory disability. They will not represent you personally. They will not speak on your behalf. Will tell you over and over that they're not allowed to or they can't or nobody can. And if nobody can then you're just as good as nobody.

It took some time to get under $330 for my VA disability claim with Victory Disability. There were two doctors or associates of the VA through LHI that I saw and had Tinnitus and lumbar spine degenerative issues where I was unable to sit for work for 10-hrs or even 8-hrs that were finally agreed for me to work due to my back injuries. I had several absences due to such. The Austin 311 company let me go since I was unable to sit for all those hours and perform my regular work days. I let Victory Disability know I am unable to work and the assistant Trish stated she thought my back injuries would be a disability giving enough weight to my claim to give me enough money to not work anymore. Victory Disability was able to get me approximately $100 for Tinnitus for one ear and $200 for my back. This has resulted in me hurting my back more and the Tinnitus has worsened where I am unable to hear and have to ask coworkers and customers over and over to repeat what it is they want.

I asked if they were able to represent me on SSDI and was told yes and Tish who I enjoyed my interactions with from the company stated they could help but I cannot be making over $1300 a month to qualify. I was not working at the time due to an injury and could not sit and therefore could not work and was subsequently fired due to such from Austin 311. I filled out paperwork sent by SSDI on the behest of Victory Disability. They knew no medical exams were given and that the claim was denied. There was no direction given only this is something they expected. I am not sure what happened with my claim or what court documents were filed on my behalf in regards to VA or SSDI claims.

It sounds like they have no specifics in their rebuttals to these poor reviews or complaints of our overall experiences with this company. I asked for a withdrawal from working towards any claims for my VA or SSDI due to being in the dark about any workings or filings. Withdrew but still wants paid and informed for case.

    Ma'am,
Regarding your SSDI claim, you were denied at the initial level where nearly 80% of claims are denied. We filed a request for reconsideration, which we notified you via our portal and you also received a letter confirming the same to your address. You confirmed that you were aware of the appeal being filed. On 8/21 you exchanged messages with your case manager, Hugo. You did not express any concern with the handling of your case. You then messaged on 9/12, terminating us as your representative. Unfortunately, SSDI claims are taking longer than ever. We wish you would have expressed your feelings to us earlier so we could have alleviated your concerns, Best of luck in the future

I think that I could have applied and ended up with better results. I won the case but did not receive any back pay. I was charged what ended up to be 10 months of what I received of my disability by Victory Disability. Please understand if you do not get back pay Victory Disability will charge you the fee.

    Mr. West,
On our initial call with you you are advised that we do not charge a fee unless we are successful in winning your claim. In the rare circumstance, that there is no backpay, we must petition Social Security for a fee. Social Security, then must approve the fee based on the work that we did. You have every right to disagree with the amount and you can notify Social Security if you in fact disagree. Lastly, we’re happy to arrange a payment plan to make paying the attorney fees easier for you. Congratulations on your award. We certainly do not feel that this should be a one out of five star review but thanks for the feedback.

The receptionist / manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no idea that the qualifications for 100% disabled and service -connected veteran is different than that for civilians. She refused to help me, and argued with me on the phone until I had to hang up.

    Mr. G******,
The work requirement rules are exactly the same for veterans and civilians. I’m sorry if you had a bad experience with our intake team. I’m happy to discuss with you directly if you have additional questions.

After my recent engagement with victory disability. I’d been better off. Not to have them as my representative in a SSA application. Not even close what they promote they do. Now I’m left to resolve. Errors of an award received. Now that they refuse to reply to any communication from me… The conduct and professional duties, legal team and attorney conducted. Are of the type. The Bar my very well, like know about, what transpired or better yet didn’t. And, goes against what’s in place, governing their professional services…
    Best to you

Unfortunately, the Social Security Administration has a huge backlog regarding processing payments. We are doing anything and everything we can to get benefits released. Your case manager has been in contact with you and advised you of the backlog issues. Should you have any additional issues, feel free to call us directly at ************.
