I have cognitive disability and 100% VA disabled. 4-5 VA doctors/psychologist or social workers have written statements saying I should not be working. but been denied twice, video appeal is Nov 4, 2024. I don't have any faith in this law firm. They told me the lawyer won't look at my file till the day before. I their website doesn't recognize my email. It is all or nothing come the 4th. One star or 5 stars.

I have worked all my life up until 61 years old, but my right knee replacement surgery, right shoulder replacement surgery, *********** issues from motorcycle accident in the Navy (100% VA Disability) handicapped my ability to go back to work. Initially the **** evaluator had my job requirements wrong. With the help of **** from Victory Disability, this correction was what was needed for the Judge to approve my $3538/month SSDI.Thank you Victory Disability, you made a difference in my life.

Im happy that I was told by another Veteran about Victory Disability Law Firm. I was denied twice but I did win my case in the trial. Victory did all the research for my documents and medical records. I have been telling other Veterans that are disabled to try Victory Disability Lawyers. The best thing is if they dont win your case its free. I will definitely continue to recommend this firm to others.

Working with Victory Disability was a breeze. Once the initial assessment was completed...they went to work on my claim and they explained how the process was going to go and worked on getting my information from the VA. The process was long but I knew that going in. I didnt expect on getting denied a second time but we are talking about the government. We worked on getting more medical info and I had doctors appointments during this time. Finally...we got set for a court date which was a few months out from the time they scheduled it...the court date came and it happened over the phone. I guess the hardest part of it all was waiting on SSA and the Appeals Judge to render their verdict. I had a positive result in my case and was glad to get it. If you are a Veteran and need someone to help and guide you through the process of getting SSDI then Victory is a good place to start. I didnt know it at the time but a classmate of mine who is also a Veteran used them to get her SSDI. Great Staff

Victory was great to work with. They helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions, and prepared me for the court hearing. They let me know that SS was going to contact me, send me the paperwork, that I had to fill out. They also let me know that SS would set up appointments. I sent them copies of the completed paperwork and they made sure I had everything correct. When I was not happy with SS findings they helped me with the appeal. When SS set up the appointment and did not notify me or victory disability until like 7 days before (I was at a funeral in another state) they were there to help. When payment came they were paid by SS so I did not have to worry about getting a bill. You cant go wrong with them.
