IT was a long and frustrating journey, but Victory Disability was there. The decision was favorable, and I was surprised that it finally came. I recommend victory disability for anyone needing guidance and legal advice in getting an SSDI case.

i won my case in less than 10 months, fully favorable, even though i’m a disabled veteran, they expedite your case at SSA, but that doesn’t automatically qualify you to receive benefits… you need representation, victory, uploaded my evidence and medical documents as i received them, organized my case, filed my appeals immediately, emailed me through the portal with any SSA notifications, responded to my questions quickly through the portal, the lawyer prepared me for my video hearing…. i was ready, and got approved. again, i could not have kept up with this, done this on my own….Veterans, you have to do the leg work and get the medical evidence from the doctors, get the statement that say your disabilty, EFFECTS YOUR ABILTY TO WORK,..you guys have to give the company evidence to work with…evidence that backs up your statement that you’re disabled and unable to work.,,, that’s when victory can do the fighting to get you what you deserve.Victory Disability

Lemmie tell you folks. I saw a Victory Disability ad come across my phone as a pop up. I answered the questionnaire and maybe the next day I received a call from a Victory Representative. I think we were maybe on the phone for a few minutes, I honestly can’t remember. I mailed Victory every medical record I had from every hospital I’d ever visited, every doctor’s note, everything! I even mailed pictures of every medication, every aid issued by the VA, and broke every one of my injuries down by category and made about 20 individual packets covering over 30 years. I figured it would make my case go smoother if I provided them with everything I had. I never got those records back but what I did get was a favorable decision from the judge. ?? After I mailed my records I might have had one more conversation with a representative from Victory until right before my hearing and that was enough for me. I don’t know what the lawyers do at Victory that I failed to do on my own filing directly through the SSA but it’s clear these folks know what they’re doing. When I fly I don’t ask the pilot how to fly the plane, I just sit back and enjoy the flight. Reaching out to Victory to represent my case was the absolute best decision I could’ve made and I’ve referred at least 2 others to seek services with Victory with one case being approved favorably with the second one going before the judge in the next month. Please don’t let these one and two star reviews throw you off. Get your paperwork together, even though Victory will do it all for you, send it to them, and sit back and WAIT. This process takes time, in some cases years to resolve; no two cases are the same. Now Victory may not want you to do what I did, I’m an old Soldier having served 23 years in the uniform and I’ve always been one to manage my business. I don’t know if I even helped my case but looking back, I’d do it all again without hesitation. Don’t take my word for it, reach out to Victory, and best of luck.Victory Disability

Not knowing what to expect I contacted Victory Disability. They gathered all my information and took the lead with the SSA. Within 6 months my case was approved for disability benefits. I would not hesitate to recommend Victory Disability to any veteran.Victory Disability

Victory disability did a marvelous job on my case. They kept me informed throughout the entire 18 month period. My financial life literally changed for the better after I was awarded a favorable decision. I was surprised but very happy that it only took 18 months. I recommend victory disability for anyone attempting to get SSDI/VA.Victory Disability
