  I chose Victory Disability to represent me going through the challenging process of filing for Social Security Disability. I figured that I cannot go wrong with the name "Victory" in my corner. Victory Disability made the application process very smooth as they worked with me every step of the way. Social Security Administration denied my application. But Victory Disability immediately appealed the Social Security Administration decision, and within sixty days, I was approved Social Security Disability. Thank you very much Victory Disability.

  I would like to thank Victory for your help with my Social Security claim.
  We went to the judge portion and the Judge ruled in our favor.
  I think when you get an attorney you still have a part to play yourself.
  Without Victory I would not have known what to do.
  Sometimes I sent a text with no response witch makes it hard to understand when you are a team.
  I am not the only member.
  I get that.
  Your portal was very helpful for me to check for updates.

  I am disappointed with my settlement. I think it should have been for. I feel like I was swept under a rug and on to the next case

  Sir,
  You were awarded the absolute maximum you could have received from Social Security Disability. It is impossible to have gotten you any more benefits based on your last day of work. This review is unjustified because we got you everything you were eligible for. The fact that you are disappointed with your monthly benefit amount has nothing to do with our representation. Your monthly benefit amount is based on how much you worked and paid into the system. As Attorneys we cannot have this amount changed - it's math.

  The process of getting my SSDI was stress free with VICTORY///
  
  Although my case took some time, these attorneys fought for me and were always available for my questions. They made doctor appointments as I needed them and that helped tremendously. The hearing was a scary idea to me, but after my attorney spoke with me I was calm and he took my anxieties out of the equation. I am so thankful for all the staff that worked on my case .
