      This Company is charging me service fees on two devices I have not owned in several years. Only to discover that when I called to have the accounts canceled they didn't and now claim I owe 800+ on devices that have had zero activity. They haven't sent me any mail correspondence and I have only found one email that went to spam. This is abuse. And the accounts receivable representative claimed I was threatening her by telling her I was also recording the conversation. Then proceeded to laugh at me. And then hung up.

      Purchased two vending machines. Card readers are run by cantaloupe. Its now going on 2 weeks and weve had nothing but issues with this company. First had issues getting the readers activated. Now were losing between 150-200$ per day at each machine because they dont know how to fix an issue with Apple Pay/tap to pay. They keep blaming the card when in turn its not the card its the reader. Whatever other options you have when deciding a processor for your vending machines you need to explore. Do not use cantaloupe.

      Worst service ever. After over a year of calling and sending emails to cancel service with no luck i had to actually call my cc company and have them stop paying the bill a year later there still billing me. You call them one lie after another. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THERE CROOKS and lies any questions call me

      My debit card was used at a community college in ******* ********** 17 times today . Fun fact - I live in ************* . The agent at ******* believes the fraud originated from this business in ********* ********** . How are these guys still in business after all of this ????????????

      Ive had one of their E port devices and in less than 2 months it stops working. 2 months go by before the replacement is recived via their "RMA". They have consistently made unauthorized charges on my account, charging HUNDREDS of dollars. Literally eating any would be "profits". Cantaloupe refuses to help in any regard and continues to charge my account illegally.

      Don't waste your money at their vending machines in Texas. On December 4, 2022 my bag of chips got stuck in the vending machine. I even emailed pictures for evidence. I paid $1.25 by debit card. Today is March 28,2023 and I still have yet to receive my $1.25. It's petty, I know, but it's the principle. Upon emailing the company, as their info is listed on the vending machine, a representative named 'Luke' emailed me back asking for my debit card numbers, and I never heard anything else since then. Moving forward, I will never use any vending machine if this company's name is listed on it.
