      I ordered a product on May 14th, and I haven’t received any confirmation, but when I open my page for my orders, it just says “processing”. It’s been well over a week. I have tried calling multiple times, no luck getting through. I get put into queue, but once I’m next in line, it tells me every agent is busy and says “we’ll get back to you when we can”, and hangs up on me. Never heard back. I’ve created a ticket a few days ago to customer service with no response. I have created another one today. Tried to talk through live chat, no response after waiting 20 something minutes in chat. It has now been almost 24 hours since I sent anything in live chat, with again, no response. I’ve called (multiple times), I’ve emailed, I’ve done live chat, I’ve uploaded tickets to customer service on the website, I’ve messaged on ********, I even did support through the ********* Limited (the main company that splits into the separate ones) main website. I’ve tried every form of communication that they offer, with no response or help. I have been charged for it as of Wednesday, May 18th. I have also just tried to log into the website to get to the support portal and it seems as if someone has blocked my authorization to even log into my account to try to get help. I can’t ask for help or even ask for a refund unless I can get into the portal. It says I am not authorized to access the support portal. I feel like I have been completely scammed and I am now being totally ignored. What am I supposed to do? I’m sick of being ignored for something they are doing wrong. After reading other reviews on the bbb website, I should have never ordered in the first place. I either want my order or I want my money back. Nobody is helping me.

      Our apologies on the delay for your order. We have had an issue with an inbound delivery of inventory that was not received completely and have been working hard to get replaced.

      My expectation is that your order will be about to ship in about 5-7 more business days. Please let us know if you would like to continue to wait or if you would like a refund?
