      On 5/23/2022 penn waste destroyed my personal property. I have been in touch with insurance company however penn waste refuses to respond to insurance Company or myself. They even went as far as to claim harrasment against me for calling to many times, because noone would call me back. I did call them incompetent and idiots. I would like a call from a supervisor above ***** and **** to call me and let me know why he refuses to take care of this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Penn waste driver of truck *** continues to drive over and damage my private curbing at my property. The drivers were instructed to turn right but refuse to follow directions. I would like penn waste to b e able to direct their commercial drivers to act responsibly. Noone at penn waste takes responsiblity. Its all on camera. I would like someone with some authority to explain why this keeps happening.

      We have taken several steps to rectify this situation. Originally, the borough made repairs to the customers curb to satisfy his complaint. We then rerouted this particular day so that we would not have to take the turn around that curb. After this, the customer continued to contact the borough, Penn Waste, and our operations supervisor to make complaints about his curb. The customer was contacting our supervisor so much that she had to contact the police to make them cease contacting her. We then turned the curb in to our insurance company to satisfy the customers complaint with no evidence that we had caused damage to the curb or that there was any damage to the curb.

      In reference to this complaint, the driver happened to make a left hand turn on route, and by our investigation, there was no damage to his curb. The driver has been instructed to never make the left hand turn at that stop. The customer then sends a picture to our operations supervisor after he was told by the police not to contact, and then chases after our truck to confront our driver. Our driver has been instructed to not interact with this particular customer when providing service at the site location.

      I've been contacting y'all since last week because every time I reach y'all claim someone will come and pick up my recycle, but It still never been picked up. It has been by the sidewalk since 7/28/22, and my recycle can is whole. I am not trying to get a fine. Please get in touch with me and come pick it up at *********************Middletown, PA**********.

      I HAVE SOLD MY HOUSE IN YORK PA ON 07/05/22, BUT PENN WASTE DID NOT RETURN 3RD QUATERLY PAYMENT.
