      missed 3 picks ups per month for august and September. trash has been curb side for 3 weeks. NO info on reason why. Do not respond to emails. And if can is Heavy they will not empty it. But all trash is in bags so why dump the whole can when you can just pick out bags.

      This is the worst example of customer service - they just show up days after trash has been rotting in our community. Looking for alternatives.

      We have continually gotten no pick up of trash for weeks at a time with no notice. We have to leave the trash on the curb in case they show up at any time. We continue to re-bag our trash and clean up the mess left from animals getting into it. We have called, emailed and gotten no response. One time when they actually answered the call they said they would give us a partial refund for the weeks they missed. They never did. Instead of any refund, our quarterly bill has continued to increase with little to no service. I understand businesses are having trouble getting help but at the very least there could be communication with the customers. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business! I am only leaving a one star because there is no option to leave no star.
