    Basement work was Done in Aug. 2023. Took almost a month, towards the end of the project, we were told the output pipe for the sump pump was damaged or blocked. Either we could dig up the front yard to replace or repair the pipe or we could attach it to the existing drainage for the house, which empties to the backyard. I asked the guy won't that turn the backyard into a swamp? He said," Oh no it will be fine." He, from what I was told was the owner's Son. No, it is not, Backyard has not been dry since Aug of 2023, all pumps in the basement run 24/7, grass has been growing all winter and now we have a huge issue in the backyard. We can't even mow. standing water in the backyard is over 5 inches deep. We work and they are closed by the time we come home. One guy came by to look, we saw him on the security camera. No returned calls, sent letter, no answer. My Grandmother is 99 yrs. old and on hospice. She spent a lot of money to make sure her house's flooding basement issue to be fixed. Now the house is in jeopardy of having all new pumps burn out and that would cause a reflooding of the basement which was just fixed. Both finished and unfinished sides.

    ***** I have been communicating with ***. This repair of your clogged original discharge pipe was not something we did , it was already in place. When we got there they checked the pump attached to that  discharge pipe because it as not pumping water out, we discovered it was clogged ***** tried for several hours to unclog it so you were told that the discharge had to be unclogged or we would need to reroute it. So that it would work. Which was not on our original contract. So when our system was installed with another sump pump in another area it was rerouted . Our system is to keep water out of the basement which it does. They never said that they had water on the floor . She was told numerous times to get it unclogged and we would come right out and put the discharge for their original sump pump back into that discharge pipe. But it must be unclogged or it will not work. ***** went back out about 2 weeks ago to see if he could figure out anything else, but at this point for the system to work ( which it has been doing since installed) the old discharge pipe must be fixed and we will come out and change the discharge back to original discharge and leave the other sump go out into the discharge it is in now. As I said the last message I sent to *** was that we were trying to work with her but the pipe must be unclogged. *********************
