    Our basement was waterproofed back in Jan. 2022 by Central Penn Waterproofing. When we purchased our house back in 2020, we were told by the previous owners and home inspector that there were no signs of water leakage in the basement, which of course was a lie. The following year, we got hit real hard with a 3-day storm. I think we had at least 5 inches of rain and our basement flooded. It was like the walls were peeing water.Stressed out and not knowing where to turn too, we reached out to almost every waterproofing company in **. Central Penn responded back in less than a few days. Shortly after that, *** our sales rep came to our house and gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and then life just got easier after that! We followed his advice and our basement has been dry ever since. The system works and I'm glad we went with Central Penn. ******* and *******************, Thomasville PA.

    Basement work was Done in Aug. 2023. Took almost a month, towards the end we were told the output pipe for the sump pump was damaged or blocked. Either we could dig up the front yard to replace or repair the pipe or we could attach it to the existing drainage for the house, which empties to the backyard. I asked the guy won't that turn the backyard into a swamp?... Oh no it will be fine. No, it is not, Backyard has not been dry since Aug of 2023, pumps run 24/7, grass has been growing all winter and now we have a huge issue in the backyard. We can't even mow. standing water in the backyard is over 5 inches deep. We work and they are closed by the time we come home. One guy came by to look, we saw him on the security camera. No returned calls, sent letter, no answer. Don't let them do this to you. They have already done it to a 99 year old woman on Hospice.

    Central Penn put a water removal system in our basement. We were so relieved to have it done in such a timely and professional manner. However, a few weeks later… water in the basement. We called, very upset, they immediately responded and sent their technician, Steve(whom we liked very much, as he put the system in to begin with)
    He found the problem. It had nothing to do with our new system.. it was a furnace condensing issue. He repaired it at no charge. Later, Jim(the owner) called to see if we were satisfied. We are. What a great company to work with.
