    I placed an order for lures on 04 October 2023 , order #***** at that time Lockett Lure Outlet gladly took my payment from my credit card and confirmed the order .They did state on the sight that a 4-7 delay in shipping. After two weeks waiting for the shipment, I attempted to make contact with them,via phone and email to no avail. After contacting the BBB the first time I received a response via a text message from locket lure stating the order had been lost in the mail and that they were going to send out a new order that week. That was as of November 4th stating that it may be delayed by the holiday Veterans day. Again on November 11th they confirmed via text message that it was lost by the mail and that they were shipping out another order. I have yet to receive the second order that they say they shipped. Attempted to contact Lockett on 16 November, again on the 20th ,22nd and the 28th no response from them by either phone, text or email.Lockett lure stated that they could not reach me via email , they did so after a complaint was filed. They do have the address as I've left it numerous times by phone and text. This is second order I purchased within 3 years and the same results on both,they take your money, delay shipment,no product until the B.B.B gets involved. I want the order that was placed without substitutions. As they did the last time and or a refund of my payment in full.

    I placed an order with Lockett Lures Outlet sometime in June of 2023. They charged my ****** **** on July 4, 2023 in the amount of $34.49. They responded to one email in early August of this year. Since that time, I have sent numerous emails and have received no reply nor have I received the order. I just want them to fill the order or return my payment.

    I ordered the $100.00 Mystery box of bass fishing lures for $50.00. The email they sent said it would ship in 4 to 7 days. I have not received any further emails from this company. I have emailed them and called them and they do not respond. I want my money back or my product shipped.

    Since I wrote to you concerning Lockett Lures, I have emailed them one last time and did get a response. They have sent my order but I will never order from them again. I had to tell them I would take other action if they did not respond. Thank you for your time.
