      THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO CHARGE 80.00 EVERY MONTH ON A PAST DUE AMOUNT CONTINUOSLY BACK CHARGING FOR SERVICE CHARGES THAT WERE ALREADY CHARGED THIS IS A ROLLING BACK BALANCE THAT KEEPS GETTING RECHARGE A HIGH SERVICE FEE THAT NO ONE CAN GET OUT OF A 100.00 SEWAGE BILL IS AT 667.00 THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONIES OFF OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE CARNEGIE BORO NEEDS TO GET OFF OF THEIR BUTTS AND TAKE THIS ACCOUNT OVER AND PUSH JORDAN OUT THEY ARE THEIVES ROBBING FROM THE LESS FORTUNATE NO STARS THANKS ***** *********

      Refused to waive a late fee after I advised I did not review. Rep was horrible at best.
