The billing **** here is terrible, looking to prey on injured people. Doesnt no the law or how to conduct business. Very odd. They fired their "medical ******" for guess what... incorrectly billing. Huge mistake. But attempt to harass injured patients for their sloppy idiotic mistakes!! Total joke.

STAY AWAY. ***************** ******************** caused the DEATH of my husband. A WRONGFUL DEATH that should never have happened. They were supposed to cut up his food and they did not. He choked, suffered **************, had anoxic brain injury because of it, and died six days later.

Me and my coworkers work for Select on the BACK END of the hospital scene and my cubicle neighbor was FEVER sick. The director of our department made her come in with a 103 fever and work in those conditions along with forcing her to (with her bare hands) clean her vomit off the bathroom floor with clorox wipes when she asked if maintenance could be called to help. She almost passed out. The MISS CARE the management has for us is DISGUSTING and down right cruel. I told her go to HR but she is determined she can turn the VPs ear along with the Director. And of course Select Medical doesn't care enough about our department to do anything about it. I've even had my (VERY REASONABLE) requested accommodations denied and they asked me to file for **** instead (they would rather I looose money). Just wanna say something so if a lawsuit happens no one is surprised. ???????

Billing irregularities. Have been trying since July 2024 to speak to someone in regards to going over all payments per each date ofnservice and reconciling what has been paid with what I and my insurance company show is an overpayment and they just keep adding more fees even though the insurance paid these claims promptly and I paid at every visit. Keep being promised a return call. It never comes. Emailed them multiple times, no response.

Meadville PA - People who do the rehabilitation are good. The management and billing are horrible. Recently finish physical therapy in Feb 2024. My bill paid up till the end of 2023. New year new deductible, 6K. When I finished I called to start making payments. Told the lady that I had 3 surgeries for my daughter that I have been paying on since Oct 2022 & 2023 and there was no apparent issue. The regular hospitals understand and allow payments. ***, **** and Meadville Medical Center have taken payments over years with no issues. Not Novacare. Just received a Collection letter for the remaining balance of almost $700. I have been paying every month. I will not be going to Novacare again. Use your Hospitals PT service.

If I could give Select zero stars, I would. I have been in and out of physical therapy for decades. My prior PT moved so when my doctor suggested Select, I tried them. Worst experience ever. I was paired with a therapist who was distracted and paid zero attention to me. It was my initial evaluation and this person asked questions that he didn’t bother to wait for the answer to and didn’t watch as I did the few exercises he told me to do. It was a complete waste of time.

When I called and canceled all my remaining appointments, I was told that I didn’t have to worry, I’d never be paired with that therapist again because I was his last client on his last day. This probably explained why I had such a worthless appointment but then came the bill.

I called them and told them I objected to having to pay anything for a completely worthless waste of time and insurance benefits. Being asked to pay more out of pocket was adding insult to injury. The person I spoke to, Elliot, was extremely sympathetic and said he would see what he could do. After waiting months to get some resolution, Elliot called me sheepishly apologizing that the people in charge refused to budge because if they forgave the debt, it would be “admitting medical fraud.” They gave me a month or so to pay it and then sent it off to collections for $37. What a terrible business. Worst PT experience of my life!!!
