      Junk, the products are junk and the customer service is the same. 200 bucks Bluetooth mix 2.0 speaker pretty much worked 1 week. ****************** promised" to replace a product and provide a ***** shipping label multiple times. Obviously, there are no such shipping label in nature. Keep calling, nothing gets resolved.

      These products are a complete joke! They are sold saying they have warranty, I have been waiting a month for a product replacement and repeatedly told call back in a week. Called main office to speak to a supervisor and no one will call me back. So now I have sent the broken item back and I have nothing to show for the money I spent! They dont care about customers at all. I guess next time I should just throw money out a window. I cant believe that in 2024 companies can do this to people. The item I bought was shipped to my house broken . Take my word. You dont want the headache of dealing with this company .

      I wouldn't recommend their products once the battery don't charany it becomes trash. They dont have replacement batteries I find out the hardway . so save your self a headache their customer service is as bas their products altec lansing expedition 4 is just trash now cant buy a replacement for it
