  If I could give negative stars I would! My child could be denied an education because they are incompetent! it took a week to get an estimate for a wheelchair headrest for my daughter. This is coming from someone within their facility!!!! They always blame the insurance when in fact the insurance was authorized within a day! It is now time for ESY and my daughter can not ride the school bus because it is unsafe to ride in her wheelchair without a headrest! Sadly, they are the only *** company around here that deals with this. At this point, I can't stress enough to go elsewhere! It is worth the drive to ********** to deal with people that have their act together!

  I brought in 8x2 alloy casters to have their tubes changed for my outdoor chair. The company kept them for a month and I kept calling and leaving messages to find out the status they never got back to me. When I finally got ahold of them they stated they didnt know how to change the tubes but that we could purchase new tires. I asked if I could come in to get them they said ok. When I came in they seemed annoyed, inconvenienced , and they couldnt find my wheels. They didnt know who worked on my wheels and when they finally found them they were missing a bolt and a lug. They stated they had no way of verifying if they came in with them. You would think they would have a system to catalog what they receive and the condition they receive it in along with who has worked on the wheels. Lugs and bolts arent expensive and I sent my wheels in with all of them. I will no longer bother with this company and if you seek business with them you will see they dont want to bother with you.

  Terrible company to work with honestly. Avoid it if you can. Terrible ATPs, terrible service, people who seem to barely know what they're doing. Their evaluators gave me things that were harmful to my body and ill-fitted when i didn't know any better to advocate for myself. It is near impossible to get a call back from this company, and its even harder to get them to pick up. If you need maintenance, i hope you can wait a week or so for them to call you back. Trying to get maintenance is even a nightmare, because the maintenance people seem to barely know what they're doing. They cant even properly torque caster screws when the instructions are written an inch from the screw. I have gotten 2 sets of broken anti tip wheel buttons from them (the first they "fixed" without being asked, made it worse, second gave me a brand new set, and then that button also didn't work). I asked them to raise my anti tips, they raised one and left the other where it was. I could go on and on about how many times they have repeatedly messed up my chair from start to finish, but i don't have that kind of time. If you want basic, low adjustment things like a standard mobility scooter, im sure they're fine. But for custom wheelchairs, they're awful. Likely because they don't have enough competition to make them want to actually do things well. Especially their head of maintenance, Roy, who is the most miserable person I've had the displeasure of speaking to. He lies, he is rude, and he doesn't seem to want to do his job. I truly hope most of these people are replaced and move into different areas of work.
