I encountered ???????????????????? during the contract signing, which has led me to suggest potential buyers to be exceptionally vigilant.I had an unfavorable experience with **** ****, the manager, and *** ******, the dealer, who provided me with misleading information. I also recommend being cautious with **** ************ words, as my interaction with him was far from satisfactory and left me feeling ?????????????????????? ???? ?? ????????????????. I urge you to not purchase their protection plan; my experience led me to believe that the transparency and honesty within this transaction were ?????????????? and ????????????.

    I have emailed them and called and left several voicemails and chatted with a worthless bot.The do not reply, call back or have a human take over the chat. I have asked for the General Manager to call me and that has not happened. Bought a new truck in April and the ** unit has my carpet soaked and probably rusting the floorboard. NO customer service at all. Next will be a drive up to the dealership and will probably more hours of my life that I will not get back. I will need a loaner, lets see if that happens.Also, last months ordeal with them and the 9 AM inspection for my wife's car took days to get fixed and then when I picked it up and started driving home there was a loud metal scraping sound!! I had to turn around and take it back and wait more. This obviously shows the technician did not take it for a test drive, very dangerous in my opinion - no apology or refund or nothing.

    Terrible customer service. In BOTH sales and service. Again, my family has leased/bought several cars from here. I am NOT even 2 years into my lease with my 2022 Rogue where my two front tires HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TREAD LEFT (32k miles on the car currently). Tires have been aligned and rotated every single time I've had services done at Monro Muffler/***************** because I refuse to use Montgomeryville Nissan service because of their lack of customer service from my last post. I have reached out to my sales rep. ************** who told me to try to go to the manufacturer of the tire. I call Bridgestone who clearly does not stand behind their tires even though the tires have an 80k mile warranty. I call ***** today to tell her how ****** off I am as I have had several leases (other brands) and NEVER had to change my tires in a lease. She immediately turns into an ignorant sales rep. and tells me I am blaming her, and it isn't her fault. I told her I was ****** off that this is happening and they should be replaced. She then goes I refuse to have a conversation with you and HUNG UP ON ME! Bottom line, Nissan should stand behind the cars they are leasing out and selling. Clearly s***** tires are being put on these cars and they aren't even standing by it when they lease/sell the car.Considering I was planning to buy this car out at the end of my lease, I am really considering otherwise.There is also a manufacturer recall on my car which I am surprised NO ONE from this dealership reached out. I am beyond livid with this dealership and I will make sure everyone knows about the awful customer service.

    Dealers are pure scum here. Avoid at all costs. They'll lie to you during the contract signing. So buyers beware. Don't trust the manager. And the dealers will lie to you here so avoid this place and look for another Nissan dealership.

    The customer service agent as well as the service manger … absolutely horrible… I wonder if I was a white person would I have been treated with more respect? This was my second time making a complain & the service manager was even more rude than the customer service agent. I will not leave this alone until I get resolution.
