    My furnace went out and has been out for three weeks now. PNP was dispatched by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My first experience with them they failed to show up to the appointment. I even called the day of to verify that I was on schedule because I know home warranty dispatches are hit or miss. When I called I was answered by the technician who in an irritated mannor told me I was on the schedule and to just wait. The buisness day came and went with no one coming to my house. I called again and was put into contact with the owner. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he was gunna have someone out there the next morning. They came and told me that my furnace needed replaced. They said they would get into contact with my warranty to see about what they would cover. They said they would give me a call the next day with the price. The next day came and went without a call. I called the owner and he didn’t even apologize for no one getting in contact with me -again- and told me the price was going to be 1800 out of pocket. That didn’t seem right to me as a pay for my Warrenty to cover everything. I called my Warrenty and was told that PNP NEVER got into contact with them and they have not received any diagnostics or anything from them. It has now been 3 weeks and PNP still has not sent the diagnostics to my home warranty. Even thought they have been reached out to over 6 times in a 2 week period. Without the diagnostics I am at a stand still with my home warranty and cannot get my furnace fixed. PNP has been unprofessional with their conduct, with their price scamming and their attentiveness to customers. I understand that they make less on home warrenty calls but they have definitely lost out on a customer for my other properties.

    1/8/24 I had an issue with my furnace. I called the warranty company, American Home Shield and they dispached PNP Heating and Cooling to my home. Upon arrival, they came up with a diagnosis of the furnace, and the result was they cannot fix it, immediately went to "Need a replacement furnace" which scared us because it was in the middle of winter and bad, cold weather was on the horizon. Keith, the sales manager came back out to my house and all he said was "$4,400 and I can have it in by Tuesday" refusing to analyze the actual problem. I did my research, found the company that installed the furnace and they came out. After 5 mins, they quickly realized this was a quick fix and fixed the problem on the spot with a minimal charge. In my opinion, this company PNP Heating and Cooling is a fraud, and I wouldnt want them helping anyone anymore. They are unprofessional and not skilled enough to handle basic repairs. They realized I was out of town and took advantage of my girlfriend who was here alone but stating we need a new furnace.
