      This company has not complied with the contract with American Home Shield The order was places 5/18 Someone came on 5/20/2025 at 8:30pm took 5 minutes Said I need a new tankless water heater It is now 6/10/2025 and no one has come to fix my water heater. The unprofessionalism this company has shown that they are not reliable. When I call goes straight to voicemail. ******************** has called they get the same thing. What do you do when you pay for a service and neither company resolves the issue. Now I have submit a complaint on ******************** as well for allowing this to go this far ************** are unprofessional incompetent service

      I used them through American Home Shield. They had great customer service on the phone and Jason was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did a great job in only about an hour. We now have water again. Thank you--it was a pleasure doing business with your company. Would highly recommend.
