    I want to make sure this Massage Therapy business is working legitimately with a license and that the ********************** therapists hold massage therapy licenses. Went with a friend, I myself am a massage therapist, I've had bad massages but this was someone basically with no training whatsoever in anatomy. The whole 90 minutes was up and down over bones and all with a forearm and elbow. Seems very unlikely these people would graduate from a real school with a license. Me and a friend went, we both got the same exact massage. There's a billion places around that are illegal and then somehow open again under a new name but continue being and doing illegal activities.I want to warn and educate people that this is not a massage. And they should probably be able to communicate with their clients. I wasted $260. Very upset and if I'm wrong and these workers are licensed then my whole ************************************************* question everything.

    Dear BBB, The customer( ******* ******) stated in her complaint to you that we were an illegal massage parlor as well as the therapist and/or therapists have no license. Please see the attached form that she signed, which we have everybody do when they come in as well as a statement on the form she signed, stating if you experience any discomfort during the session, you will notify my service provider immediately. I was personally here that day and spoke to this customer. Her only complaint was being faced down for too long ..Serenity Spa is a family owned business that has been operating for nearly 8 years. we have a business license and pay an extreme amount of taxes every year. We are also providing you with a copy of the 
    massage license.

    What in the heck. You guys NEVER reached out to me. Good job on keeping the scumbags off the streets and helping them set up shop as a "SPA". 

    Oh and thanks for your wasted waste of my time. 

    Next time I'll  go directly to the source. Cause you are obviously liars. Thanks again!
