Parks garbage does not fulfill their obligations to clients. On several occasions my trash was not picked up, only partially picked up, trash cans left in the road...etc. I contacted them several times about these problems. After the problems were not resolved to my satisfaction I cancelled their service and chose a different provider.My final service date was September 27 2023. I was informed that my 2 trash cans would be picked up on October 2 2023. After a couple of weeks went by and they were still there I reached out to Parks about picking them up and got no response. They are still sitting at the edge of my lawn.Initial Complaint

Parks Trash service is by far the most inconsistent service so far this year 2023 they have missed my neighborhood pick up day, which is mondays.four times. Never have they called to info you that it will be picked up later or any communication with its customers./ sometimes they tell you to add double to next week service. but they do not adjust their bill. they are paid for weekly service but we do not get weekly service, but if you refuse to pay for a pro rated rate for missing they threaten to terminate you. This company is awful! I cancelled with parks in approx august 2019 when they took over and couldn’t even pick my trash up! I lived at a different address than I do currently! I paid for my trash cart from the previous company that parks bought out (peckies) and when I switched the lady saw that and no issue! I had moved in November 2019 after switching to a different company and now in 2023 parks done stole my trash cart stating it was there’s and never picked up yet when I never even had trash service with them at my new address! It was the previous person that used them that lived here! The ladies in the office do not comprehend and I want a 96 gallon poly cart brought back that is mine! I am trying to track down my old trash agreement with peckies showing that trash can is mine so I can press theft charges but I’m trying to find a document from 2014 from a company no longer in business!Initial Complaint

I have had Park's Garbage Service at my residence since 2020. Throughout my time with their service, there were many instances where my trash or recycle was not picked up on the scheduled day and I had to call and complain. They would reschedule and come out one day the following week. In December 2022, the service got much worse and routinely my pick up was being missed. I was calling them every other week to complain about my missed pick up. In late December I heard from a neighbor that Park's was going out of business. On January 6th I once again called to complain about my missed pick up and also asked about if they were going out of business. I learned they were dropping my route. I was told they sent me an email; however they did not. I always get my quarterly bill via email and I got my welcome packet from them via email, but nothing else. I asked for them to send me the email again, but they did not. On January 13 I called again because another pick up was missed. At that time I told them to cancel my trash contract immediately and schedule a pickup of their trash cans. The trash cans were scheduled for pickup on January 16. The cans were not picked on the 16th or the 23rd. I called again on January 25 to complain about the cans not being picked up. I was told the date had been rescheduled to the 30th. Today, 30th, came and went and the cans are still sitting at the end of my driveway. Park's never contacted me to let me know the pickup dates were rescheduled and Anytime I call them I spend at least 30 minutes wasting my life talking to them. The customer service people don't know why the pickup dates are being rescheduled and don't make calls to customers to inform them of such. I do not believe Park's should be allowed to use my home as their storage facility for their trash cans. I want the cans removed immediately and consider them an eye sore and abandoned/litter on my property at this point. Please help resolve my issue with this unresponsive companyInitial Complaint

Park’s Garbage has consistently not picked up my family’s garbage and recycling on and off for the past year. We constantly have to call the main office to get a truck to pick up the trash that we PAY them to take away. Currently we are on week 3 of our trash not being collected and our dumpster is overflowing, which is not only an issue for my family, but also for our neighborhood, because it attracts rodents and is unsightly. What is my family paying for if they neglect to do their job collecting our garbage??? If they are constantly missing our house week after week, I don’t believe we should have to pay for those instances. Period.Initial Complaint

Im paying for services that are being rendered. My trash is to be picked up weekly on Mondays. Lately has not been being picked up. When I call business they always want me to wait til next pick up date but never want to give me any discount for that week not being picked up. If my bill is late they are quick to charge me a late fee. I can't wait til next pick up my trash is always full. When u call to report issues I am on bild for 1 hour or more.
