  We have had this service for many years. We have had to call them many times because they would not pick up our trash. When you do have to contact, you have to wait a very long time to speak to someone, if you even get anyone to talk to. Recently, we received a bill from them that went from $125 a quarter to a monthly rate of $200 or $90 (if we drag about *********** less to the street). No one even had the courtesy to let us know about the increase. They were also not able to give us an answer to why it went up. They told us they would be refunded two weeks because they did not pick the trash up, which we never got credit for. They raised the price so we dont want to use them. We cancelled our service effective immediately.

  Why is it that a local business cannot get their proverbial head out of their proverbial a$$? After four years of problem after problem after excuse after excuse, Park's Garbage has lost a long time customer. They have missed multiple pickup days, I finally have had enough and just cancelled. In the last 7 days, they have missed the last 4 remove everything, cans and all. (they never show up when they say they will). I told them 3 separate times that if not picked up by 5 on Friday, I would take it all to the landfill Saturday and send them the invoice for what it costs. It seemed like the pickup was "rescheduled" every time I called..... Spitefulness? Sure seems it. After numerous dates for pickup given, the lady today tried telling me that they have "7-10" days. Funny how no one else bothered telling me that. It all goes to the landfill tomorrow morning if it's still there when I wake up. I am done with the BS. Posted on Fakebook

  I have been trying to have a broken recycle Bin picked up at my house for 5 weeks. I have called the company many times at least 10 times they have never returned a single call. I have asked them when they were going to pick up this item. they said they have no idea when they are going to pick this bin up and take away. they told us to leave it outside. we did now 5 weeks later the same story. I would like an answer to my question.
