      I purchased a 2023 Kawasaki 300 Brute Force on March 4 2024. We have yet to receive the title. We have contacted the business several times with being told it is on its way.

      Purchased 2000 ****** banshee for $6,000 from him on 17 February 24. Vin #***************** Title not transferred to them but they told me everything was good and should have no problems transferring to my name. Took to my DMV and they can not transfer because title is not signed or notarized as it should be. Tried contacting via FB messenger with no response. Called office spoke with **** and he said he would see what he could do. No response after that so called back. Spoke to another gentleman and he said he knew the guy so he would contact and get back to me. I have tried calling during business hours and just get answering machine.

      We met with *********************** when his shop was closed on Sunday, 4/14/24 (which we have on video) and test road a Raptor 700; we paid him $5800.00, said we could get the title/receipt the next day when we were supposed to pick it up. He sent a text msg later that evening saying they were closed the next day, he forgot to mention that to us. We sent him several msgs to set up a time to pick it up, which he ignored. Finally he sent a response stating that, "We didn't pay him, he doesn't know what we're talking about." We spoke to a lawyer, told us to file a police report for theft and block his number, he keeps calling and texting us to take down the bad review I posted on ******* says he's going to *** me for "slandering his business." We saved all msgs, we have a video of me taking the test ride, **** is in the video, it's time stamped. We went to the ******************** on 4/19/24, talked to an officer, he called ********* and **** said I never paid him, but he believes we have video of the transaction, but really we don't. The police even told him there's video of the transaction but **** is denying it. We heard the conversation, it was on speakerphone. We're meeting with Corporal ******, **************** when his shift starts tomorrow, 4/21/24.
