      Upon bringing my bike to Berardi's on June 5th, for an oil change, and replacement of two tires (Front and Back which was never even completed). I was told my bike would take roughly 2 days for this work to be done. I tried multiple times to contact them Friday June 7th, to see if my bike was ready. On June 10th I went up again in person to see what was going on and was told that my bike would be ready for pickup Weds June 11th of which I did notify that I wasn't able to do so that day because I was heading out of town, and we agreed I would pick up on the 14th (before I had to be at work). Friday night, after another attempt to contact them (because my bike still wasn't completed), I received a call and text messages with photos attached that my rear swing arm had a "crack" (which he did end up admitting to banging on it to the police officer upon pick up today, June 17th): while I was at work, at which time I told them to cease all future work and that I would be coming to retrieve my bike from them, of which then ended in a dispute via text messages of him saying that "if I did not pay him what he was asking, I would not be allowed to retrieve my bike". I was blatantly overcharged for two hours of labor, (just for an oil change) an excessive amount for such a basic task. To my dismay, the "service" left my swing bar now broken, which I now have to replace. They continue to deny ever doing so but it was not broken at time of drop off. Thus, highlighting the utter incompetence of the so-called mechanics. The strong smell of marijuana permeated the air, creating an unprofessional and unsafe environment. My bike was held hostage for several days, despite repeated attempts to retrieve it. Calls were ignored, and the staff displayed a complete lack of accountability and responsibility. I was forced to involve the police and file a claim for damages caused
