      I posted a review of Refresh Dental online that was not favorable. I have to get my crown put in as it was already paid for, and then I will never use them again. I think a little bit of payback happened today as they called and moved my appt time. This is within about `18 HOURS of the appt. I do NOT have time to fill my schedule, so I am losing $200 tomorrow, and another $200 when I get the crown actually put in. The doctor rescheduled due to having to see another patient. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! How do I get my money that I lost at work returned?? The practice sure isn't losing any money! They need to refund my $120 as a "we apologize for the inconvenience!"

      The patient had an appointment scheduled at 9:00am. She was called and asked if she would be able come in at 9:30am instead, so that she wouldn't have to wait. The provider was placing an implant on the patient before her, and they were concerned he would run a little behind.  The patient told them she couldn't come later because she needed to be out by 10:00 so instead the office moved her appointment a couple days later to Friday.  The patient's husband called back and said that she couldn't make Friday and if she came in at 9:20am would she be out by 10:00am as she was originally scheduled for.  The Office Manager told him they would make that work.  The patient came in on the same day as we originally scheduled her for, and the office made sure that she was out by the time she needed to be.
