      I will give benifet of doubt. Only thing concerns me is 20 plus pictures of exam. No need for that. Also say i need 4 crowns and 6 fillings when i need 2 crowns and 2 fillings. People front desk may be ok but they will bill insurance for unnessary work. Some cant afford it. Then i get approved for special cleaning after i canceled apoinment because i wasnt sure be covered. Of course i was denied a crown. Then my upmc for you sends on mail about not pay for radiograpic pictures. Which again i said didnt need be done but refresh said new patients have to get it down. So far i was not billed. So i will say they are average. Plus i did not even get a cleaning down that day so basicaly was a waste of my time. They said it would cost 8 grand total without insurance for 2 or crowns. I dont have that kind of money im on low income. I am go elsewhere to get done at christian organization that treats people with respect. So i say average. Insurance practice is questionable. So if they didnt charge me i cant really complain.

      I go in for a cleaning and x-rays, which my insurance covers. I should of had a $15.00 co-pay. My bill was $214.00 for some reason. I will not be ripped off again.
