      Vernis W******* was my technician. He was wonderful, thorough, pleasant, timely, went over and above in 100 degree weather. He is a tremendous ambassador for Aero Energy.

      Our Service Technician, Mike is a very efficient and personable home service tech. He goes above and beyond to answer our questions so that we fully understand possible upcoming replacement issues. He has been coming to our house for many years to care for our aging heater & ac unit & we look forward to many more years of great service.

      My husband and I are new to Propane living. We contacted Aero in Dec. 2021 and inquired about propane usage, pricing, etc. Kim was very informative and gave us very good insight on propane and Aero's process. I recently spoke with Kim regarding our new term and she was a delight. She answered all of my questions and educated me on how to properly read the meter for propane usage percentage as we were reading it incorrectly. This is why I chose to continue with Aero, very friendly, helpful, good pricing and knowledgeable.

      Jeremiah contacted me ahead of arriving, was on time and friendly. There were issues with deterioration of the toilet flange and he was able to find a way to correct the issue.
