      Thomas Edison Electric has become my go to vendor for all my electric needs. I’ve used them twice this year. Customer service is top notch from first contact, work in progress and post completion. The company is always in contact with you.

      My lead technician (Jim) for both projects quickly diagnosed, explained and fixed any lingering issues I had. He also made great recommendations for all the other (outlets, switches, lighting, etc.) requests I made.

      I’m not saying they were the cheapest I’ve hired but I will say they were the most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When it comes to electricity, peace of mind is priceless. On speed dial for future projects and recommendations.

      Had a small "emergency" the evening BEFORE Thanksgiving! New stove was delivered around 8.p.m and when preparing to remove old stove, found out an electrician was needed to convert the electricity source in order to prepare for new installation. Called ThomasEdison around 9pm and instead of Friday morning as scheduled, Jake was dispatched on Thanksgiving Day! He was friendly, courteous, professional, and skilled. He went above and beyond to ensure that my 91 year old aunt had her new stove for Thanksgiving!! "Thanks again, Jake - not from State Farm - for your impeccable service"!!

      Professional, competent, friendly. Responded immediately. All work was completed at one time. Everything was explained before starting and walked through after completed. Cleaned up work area when done. Office kept in touch to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. Won my dog over with back scratches. Whole package company!

      What an amazing experience! Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and so understanding. And I cannot say enough positive things about Pat! He answered all my questions and educated me in the most positive way. What started out as a bad day (another company stood me up) these folks came out right away, on time and we're an absolute pleasure.
