      Found my new forever electrician!! Call answered promptly by very friendly secretary. This was a Friday and she asked me when I wanted service to which I replied immediately and she sent out Jason who was very knowledgable, personable and explained the problem. Unfortunately needed new heat/vent light. Within 10 minutes of Jason leaving, office called/ordered new light/set up return appointment for Jason Monday morning 8AM and Jason arrived at 9AM. Project took a bit more work than originally thought however, Jason completed the project and was very respectful of my time knowing I had another appointment at noon. He explained the new fixture, cleaned up after himself and office called again asking if I was happy with the service. I was not happy...I was ecstatic!! It was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them to everyone.

      I could not be more happy with all that the Thomas Edison company did but also the very skilled electrician they sent. His name is Jason and you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. That is not something easy to find these days. He was diligent and had a big job to do. A whole new electrical panel and an exhaust fan in a bathroom. He was done in less than 7 hours and the job was flawless. The company called several times to make sure all was well. I have nothing but great things to say with the whole experience.

      really happy with the service! We had a crazy problem with the electrical in our new house. ( old house a know it all contractor) He messed up on wiring for simple pendent light. loss power in kitchen living room and upstairs bedroom. is not knowledgeable, and we were just stumped. Charles came out and got it figured out ASAP. Really experienced and professional. Will definitely use Thomas Edison Electric again.
      Charles will b my to go, guy. Kind friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again! Btw I got an estimate from another company where they were changing more than triple.
      Thomas Edisons (Charles) estimates were a quarter of the price. Insured and backed up.

      Mike was a seasoned, gifted, and expert master electrician who provided clear and concise communication and excellent service.

      The whole experience from the initial call, the ongoing customer service, and Mike's excellent expertise as a master electrician earns all of them a 11 out of 10, which means beyond impressive and awesome.

      Their prompt response and the excellent troubleshooting by Mike is deeply appreciated.

      TE makes it easy to schedule an appointment using their website. They were quick to confirm the appointment by phone. Eli was fantastic! Found the problem with my track lighting and came up with a unique way to fix the lighting with no mess. He is was a pleasure to talk to and a fellow veteran.??

      Today I had Jasin come out, he helped with a ceiling fan bouncing around whenever it was on. It turns out that the ceiling fan wasn’t on a sturdy enough frame. Jasin was very professional, explained everything to me of what needed to be done and pricing. Jasin was worked fast and was very respectful. I will always recommend Thomas Edison electric for all my house hold needs and updates.
