      A huge thank you to Thomas Edison Electric for coming out same day and doing an amazing job today. Jake came to my home at 7 pm and was extremely professional and kind. He did an excellent job and honestly exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much. I will definitely be using you guys in the future!!

      This is the second time we’ve had a same day call into them and both times they exceeded expectations. Mike and Jason were both fantastic techs and both made sure I understood what we were working with the whole time they were here. Will only use them from now on.

      I found out on Friday that I would need new circuits and outlets in order to continue with the great kitchen rebuild of 2023 by next week. Electricians I called all said there was no way they could do the work before November. Thomas Edison (love the name) said they could be here by Monday. Elizabeth called this morning and asked if I'd prefer someone to come today. Six hours later the work was done! Jason was polite and professional, and did a great job!

      At my age its hard to understand certain things. The electrician who came to my home was courtiois and let me know from start to finish what it would cost me for his services and explained exactly what the problem was. He was very perfessional. I just felt comfortable with what he was telling me and would certainly call on this company again.

      I contacted Thomas Edison because an outlet in my bedroom needed to be fixed. They sent Jason, who was on time, respectful, and professional. I have an old, so there is usually an unexpected challenge involved in every task. The outlet did not immediately work after Jason replaced the fixture. However, he was patient and persistently sought out the problem via conversation and visual inspection to determine the source of the problem. The outlet now works!
