The problem is this company is ripping me off for a sewage bill. The sewage bill is automatically higher then then 3/4 of my water bills and then after the automatic fees of 55 dollars the. Then they charge for the actual sewage. I have been in the red with these people for 12 years and cant keep up. You late on a payment and they rack up the charges i should have to pay 2500 dollars a year for sewage which is over 2 1/2 times the water bill. Its ridiculous there taken advantage of the people in ***************. ******* is no where near ******* boro why Iam haveing to pay this crazy amount because I get behind a month or so

They use predatory practices to collect on additional fees. Unnecessarily high late fees, service charges to pay bills electronically on their website, any bs fee they can get away with. Their unethical ways are a scourge.

This company has taking over for Stowe township sewage company and it have been horrible ever since !! With any utility company there should be options for a payment plan all this company does is add fees on fees and has horrible customer service . They don’t accept water assistance and they are over charging for service . I received a last due bill that seems to be overly high each month I paid the bill before a poster was put on my door and was charged a extra $75 because they still came out and put a poster on my door after I already paid the bill ! Tried to reach out to the company and the customer service is horrible they have no compassion no resources no nothing but fees and interest ! I would like this $75 fee taken off my bill !

    RE: **************** *******

    Dear Ms. *****,

PAMS is the current and delinquent sewage fee collector for Stowe Township.

******* *******'s first bill for Stowe Twp sent by PAMS was mailed in April 2022, due in May 2022. The next bill was mailed in May 2022, due in June 2022. PAMS did not receive payment for either bill by the end of June, so the termination process started for the first cycle and a notice was mailed. The "Service Termination Warning" notice was due on July 10, 2022. The customer called in July 2022 and spoke to the assistant supervisor and then the department supervisor. She was explained that we are contracted by Stowe Twp to do the shut offs but she was provided names of a few organizations (which we have no affiliation but have had customers receive assistance from). ******* ended up hanging up on the supervisor. The property was posted for termination of service on August 19, 2022 due August 29,2022. We did not receive payment on the account by the due date so the next step in the process, to post the property for shut off, so the customer's property was posted. There is a charge of $75.00 added to the account when the poster is prepared (the charge is added at the time of preparation, not the time of posting.). This amount was paid to stop the water shut off on August 29, 2022. No other payments were made on the account until 11/7/22, after another "Termination of Service Notice" was mailed with a due date of October 3, 2022. The poster was prepared on November 4, 2022. Because the poster was prepared before the payment was made on November 7, 2022, the $75.00 charge was added to the account.
Stowe Township requires payments made by the due and have not authorized payment plan agreements.

    Sincerely,

    PAMS
