    I pay my bill monthly and they purposely put it towards the wrong bill. I call to see how much I owe and they literally SCREAM at me on the phone and hang up. Because of that fees are always added because I cant ever talk to a decent human there, an employee ***** or something legit told me my house was being sold and its 100 percent not. She has no right to say that. I requested a hearing and the same thing happened. They screamed at me and hung up. This has been ongoing for years. AWFUL customer service. Extremely rude. And nothing can ever get resolved and the fees are always changing mysteriously.

    Their website is virtually impossible to understand and does not provide current account information in a transparent fashion. Their so-called customer service agents are ill-prepared and rude. They add a “service charge” for bills paid online. A 1-star rating is too high.

    They use predatory practices to collect on additional fees. Unnecessarily high late fees for small bills. Tries to open multiple accounts to get you. Disgusting immoral practices.

    Worked with this company from a B2B stand-point. Incredibly unethical - doesn't pay invoices on-time (or at all for that matter). Avoid at all costs, ESPECIALLY if you plan on doing business with them. Complete disorganized mess...
